CASA VACANZE SANVITESE, a large, bright apartment on the ground floor, fully furnished, in the center of San Vito Lo Capo, close to the local most famous shops and restaurants, a few meters from the coral-coloured beach.
The house consists of an entrance, large living room with 2 sofas, one bedroom, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, a terrace on one side of the apartment and a large terrace and a large outdoor space immersed in a lemon and orange orchard on the other side.
Equipped with air conditioning, barbecue, fridge, gas cooker with electric oven, stove top, microwave oven, washing machine, dish washer, espresso machine, 2 tv, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, sun tent and bicycle.
WI-FI free in the summer months.
A car parking pass can be provided which allows access to the restricted traffic zone where the apartment is located.
The PRICES depend on the period and the number of people.
Check-in on Saturday after 4 p.m.
Check-out on Saturday before 10 a.m.
The tourist tax which is currently 1 euro (in April, May, October and November) and 1.5 euro (from June to September) per person per day, for a maximum of 15 consecutive nights, excluding minors by tenth year of age, is collected by the manager of the house, in cash, at the time of check-in with release of the relative receipt.
