Walberswick is a pretty seaside village on the Suffolk coast with a village green, cafes, deli, pubs and stylish interiors shop and the sandy beach and river. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, characterised by its sand dunes and familiar beach huts. Nearby Southwold is 5 miles away with its famous, iconic lighthouse and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs. Hiring a bike or bringing your own, the property has a indoor secure bike store.
Sleeps: 6 in 3 bedrooms. Beds: 2 x king size beds, twin beds.
Accommodation Ground floor: Cloakroom: WC, hand basin. Open plan ground floor living area: Kitchen: excellent range of units, island unit with breakfast bar. Microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge with separate freezer, twin electric ovens and electric hob. Dining area: glass dining table and chairs for 8, double french doors to garden. Sitting area: four large sofas, two chairs, wooden coffee tables. Log burner. 50" smart TV. Garden room: glazed on three sides with lantern roof. French doors to garden. Books, games and DVDs.
First floor: Master bedroom: king sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, built in wardrobes, dressing table, chair. Ensuite bathroom: bath, separate shower cubicle, twin hand basins, WC. Bedroom 2: king sized bed, bedside tables, walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lights, 32" smart TV. Ensuite shower room: shower cubicle, hand basin, WC. Bedroom 3: twin beds with bedside tables and lamps, walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers, 32" smart TV. Ensuite shower room: shower cubicle, hand basin, WC. Laundry room: washing machine and tumble dryer plus storage and hanging rail.
Entertainment: 50" smart TV, Blu Ray player, DVD player. DAB radio and wall mounted TV. Book and games. For Families: complimentary baby friendly facilities provided (Please request through the booking form). Outside: rear lawned garden with patio. Table and chairs. Two recliners. Charcoal BBQ .
