Zwei schöne Wochen in toller Lage!

Wir vier hatten zwei schöne Wochen bei Monique! Die Wohnung liegt mit tollem Blick Richtung Saint-Tropez. Alle Boote, Jachten und sogar 2 Kreuzfahrtschiffe hatten wir im Blick! Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, einfach - französisch gehalten. Nicht wirklich neu aber alles da. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, normale und Senseo Kaffeemaschine. Achtung Wasser ist sehr kalkhaltig. Wir hatten mehrfach entkalken müssen... Platz für vier Personen ausreichend. Ordentlicher Flachbildfernseher - falls man den braucht.... Man kann die Abende auch gemütlich auf der Terrasse mit einem Rosé genießen.... Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Der kleine Strand vor der Tür über die Straße ist durch eine kleine Tür zu erreichen... Geht nur mit Badeschuhen. Scharfkantiger Fels teils unter Wasser. Auch nicht sonderlich sauber.. Alternativ zu Fuß in 5-7 Minuten Richtung Frejus. Die richtig tollen Strände sind in Saint- Maxime direkt hinter dem Jachthafen und dann weiter Richtung Port Grimaud! Traumhaft! Nach Saint-Tropez am besten mit der Fähre.Fährt teils halbstündig und recht günstig ab Saint Maxime. Mit dem Auto für die Paar Kilometer leicht eine Stunde im Stop & Go. Das gleiche Nachmittags zurück.... Es gibt leider nur eine Straße.... Saint-Maxime ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Provence! Preis - Leistung geht für die Lage in Ordnung. Hilfsbereite, sehr nette Gastgeberin! Danke Familie Rainaud !!! Familie Kühn aus dem Allgäu...🙂

Gute Erholung!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles war genauso wie in der Anzeige im Online-Portal. Die Unterkunft ist optimal mit allem ausgestattet, was die Urlauber*in so braucht und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig - der trubelige Stadtkern ist schnell zu erreichen. Der Standort der Unterkunft ist optimal als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung und für schöne Stunden am Sandstrand. Wíe haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Toller Urlaub

Sainte-Maxime ist fussläufig in ca. 20 Minuten und der Strand in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Objekt war sauber und hatte alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, insbesondere an den heißen Tagen die Klimaanlage oder das schattige Plätzchen unter den Bäumen. Nochmals Danke an die Vermieterin!

Séjour agréable avec vue sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez

Rez de chaussée d'une villa de caractère située à proximité des plages dont une petite crique à 350m (idéale pour se baigner) et une autre plus petite à 50m. Une supérette à 15 min à pied également. La voiture n'est pas indispensable. La maison est située à 20 min à pied du centre de Sainte Maxime. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Vacacances au soleil reposantes et pleine de découverte

Agréable séjour dans un endroit calme. L'appartement est bien situe 1km du centre ville. Les vélos sont appréciables surtout en pleine saison. La plage est très proche ce qui est un avantage indéniable 50 m. En çe qui concerne l'aménagement et le confort de la location, deux chambres qui gardent bien la fraîcheur si vous prenez soin de fermer les volets la journée. Cuisine bien équipée. Lave vaisselle, lave linge, senseo etc.... L'appartement est bien agencé. Pour nous les points à améliorer sont la taille de la télé, qui est vraiment très petite et la douche qui n'est pas pratique avec un enfant en bas âge. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et discrets.

Très bien situé, nous avons profité pleinement de notre semaine malgré que le temps n'était pas forcément au rendez-vous. Quelques petits détails à régler dont nous avons parlé. Schöne sonnige Herbsttage in Ste. Maxime

Schöner Blick aufs nahe Meer - eigener, abgeschlossener Garten mit reichlich Schattenplätzen - Parken auf dem Grundstück - gut eingerichtete Küche mit allen Geräten - WLAN und Sat TV (deutsche Sender) sehr gut - nettes regionales Willkommenspräsent - nette, aufmerksame Gastgeberin - zentrumsnah, zu Fuß gut erreichbar - konnten problemlos um einen Tag verlängern - An- und Abreise nicht nur am Wochenende (Herbst)

Grand repos à Sainte Maxime

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables et reposantes fin août dans ce gite. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui est attentive au bien-être des occupants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit jardin qui offre un grand coin d'ombre aux heures les plus chaudes et une totale intimité. Le gite est bien agencé et très calme. Nous sommes venus sans voiture. Le trajet de la gare de Saint Raphaël à Sainte Maxime peut se faire en bus ou en taxi. Du gite, il faut compter une quinzaine de minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Sainte Maxime. La plage de la Madrague est à cinq minutes et celle de la Nartelle est accessible grâce à un bus qui passe à heures fixes. L'arrière pays est également magnifique.

Schöner Urlaub an der Côte d Azur

Die im Erdgeschoss befindliche Wohnung ist im typischen französischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist nicht neu aber insgesamt noch annehmbar. Hier dürfen keine deutschen Maßstäbe angesetzt werden. Der Fernseher in Monitor-Größe ist jedoch eindeutig zu klein. Zwei separate Schlafräume ermöglichen den Aufenthalt von 4/5 Personen. Das eigene Fahrzeug kann auf dem Gelände abgestellt werden. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich jedoch auch ein nicht allzu stark frequentierter öffentlicher Parkplatz. Obwohl unweit der parallel zum Meer verlaufender Straße gelegen, spielt Lärm keine Rolle. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum von St. Maxime beträgt rund 1 Kilometer, ist also zu Fuß kein Problem. In den Sommermonaten ist die Côte d Azur "dicht", für die Fahrt nach Saint Tropez (z.B. Strand von Pampelonne) wird zu Stoßzeiten 1 1/2 Stunden benötigt, obwohl die Entfernung vielleicht 20 Kilometer beträgt. Alternativ sind die Strände in die andere Richtung (Frejus/St. Raphael) zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings sind Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache von Vorteil ansonsten wird die Verständigung schwierig (kein Deutsch / Englisch mäßig). Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub, jederzeit wieder!

agréable séjour, location conforme

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La locataire très sympathique, elle nous attendait avec un petit cadeau. Personne très agréable, expliquant bien sa région et ses commodités. La location correspond parfaitement aux descriptifs et aux photos. Rien à redire, à part que nous étions tristes de partir.... La location était très propre, tout était nickel. La literie était également impeccable. Nous avions une agréable vue sur ST Tropez, ce qui n'est pas anodin. L'endroit est très calme et proche des plages et magasins. Tout est possible à pied, pas besoin de prendre sa voiture. Nous avions un parking privatif, sécurisant. Rien à redire. Nous pensons bien y retourner l'an prochain.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

L'appartement est très agréable : confortable, chaleureux et propre. Très belle location.

Tout est au rendez-vous, belle location avec tout le confort et très propre, terrasse ombragée très appréciée au retour de la plage, dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, proche du centre ville agréable promenade le long du golf de St Tropez (on ne s'en lasse pas!!!) et surtout des propriétaires accueillants et très sympathiques.

Très bien située

L'appartement est très bien situé. Nous avons pu aller dans le centre à pieds. La promenade le long du bord de mer le soir est féerique. Il y a une petite plage très agréable à 50 mètres de l'appartement où nous étions presque seuls en plein mois d'août ! L'appartement est très bien équipé et les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Enfin, nous avions choisi cet appartement avant tout pour son jardin et nous n'avons pas été déçus : le jardin est bien clos, sans vis à vis et ombragé, parfait pour les petits déjeuners et les dîners à la fraîche.

Location bien située

Propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques. Appartement propre mais manque d'entretien ainsi que le jardin. Dommage que l'on voit la mer que lorsque on est debout. Il faut préciser la présence d'un locataire à l'année au dessus qui est un "lève tôt" !

Très belle location.

Maison bien située face au golfe de St Tropez, proche du centre ville et des plages. Jardin spacieux et ombragé. Logement bien équipé et très propre. Environnement calme dans secteur résidentiel. Propriétaires serviables et très sympathiques. Super vacances !!!

"Très satisfaits du logem...

"Très satisfaits du logement, il est propre,bien équipé,surtout la cuisine.Il fait juste un petit peu chaud à l''intérieur mais la mer n''est qu''à 50m,donc on est vite dans l''eau.Cette petite plage est bien agréable car il n''y a presque personne.Le petit jardin ombragé est sympathique et l''accueil de la propriétaire est particulièrement chaleureux avec ses petits présents."
