200m from the sea and shops, private car parking, 500 m from the train station, quiet in a dead end. A large room with a large bed and 2 bunk beds, a large new kitchen, fully equipped, with a sofa bed and TV 4 people approx.
paved courtyard and closed .60 m2, with garden furniture and parasol ..
pets not accepted. rental week from June 1st to October 5th.

Vacances reposantes à St Gilles

Séjour très agréable car accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, ils savent nous mettre à l'aise, logement parfait pour un couple, celui-ci est proche de tout ( ville, port, plage...), à conseiller pour ceux qui veulent laisser la voiture tranquille pour le séjour, merci encore aux hôtes.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La location est très bien située à proximité des commerces et des plages. Location confortable il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathique.

Maison de vacances bien située à une centaine de mètres de la plage! Nous avons passé une agréable semaine avec un bon confort ! Cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée, chambre avec literie de qualité, le tout dans un cadre très propre ! l'endroit est calme et bien situé, une petite cour avec tonnelle Salon de jardin et 2 bains de soleil et un plus, un parking pour la voiture qui elle aussi était en vacances car une fois sur place, les ballades puis la grande plage avec le passeur (10 minutes) les marchés à proximités, le rêve quoi ! En bref, location TOP ! Contact sur place avec les propriétaires sympathiques et plein de bons conseils, ils sont sérieux et accueillants, la communication était parfaite ! Nous avons fait de belles ballades à pied en bord de mer et en rentrant nous étions au calme dans un joli cadre ensoleillé et accueillant . Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette petite maison de vacances ! Pour la restauration le Grand bleu face au jet d'eau et du square pour les enfants Mais tous sont bien quoi que nous avons préféré nos fruits de mer cuisinée et dégustes sur place sous la tonnelle . Ce joli cadre accueillant, nous ne pouvons que le recommander soit à nos amis ou à d'autres vacanciers ! Jean C Sarthe

location fonctionnelle et bien située

Vacances d'une semaine pour deux adultes et quatre enfants de 10 à 3 ans. Aucune surprise négative entre la proposition informatique et la réalité, plutôt l'inverse. Nous avons apprécié la situation dans une impasse donc sans bruit de circulation, la fonctionnalité de l'agencement, l'espace extérieur spacieux et fermé, la tonnelle, l'abri pour déposer le matériel de plage, la proximité du passeur, du port, du centre piétonnier, des marchés artisanaux et commerciaux. Puis nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur prévenance, leur sérieux et leur convivialité, leurs facilité de communication et disponibilité. Location propre, bien agencée, conseils bien répertoriés sur document par les propriétaires. Évidemment, nous recommanderons cette location pour des vacances sympathiques pendant lesquelles nous n'avons pratiqué que la marche à pied.

petite location agréable et tranquille.

Location très propre,bien entretenue.Avec une petite cour, pratique pour un couple avec des enfants.Le plus un parking devant la maison.Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants.Un très bon restaurant Le Casier des poissons et des desserts hum...TRES BON.Joli coin de France.Dommage le soleil n était pas au rendez-vous.
