Casa Serena is in Capo Vaticano, on Calabria's beautiful Tyrrhenian coast. This villa is ideal for a couple or a family with children looking for a place close to the sea. The beach of Santa Maria is within walking distance via a private path.

Casa Serena is a semi-detached house suitable for up to 6 people (a cot for a child can be added). The house was built in the 70s and has recently been completely renovated. The house is tastefully and simply furnished and has all the necessary amenities.
There is a comfortable living room with fireplace and couch (suitable as extra bed for a 6th person) a newly renovated kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (suitable for a child) connected to one of the double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite)

The terrace of 250m2 has a sitting area and barbecue, has a magnificent view of the sea and is a great place to relax. There is also an outdoor shower so one can rinse after a day at the beach. The house also has private parking.
During low season, Casa Serena is a relaxing place. Since Capo Vaticano is a popular and vibrant tourist destination, it may be noisier during the summer months and you can sometimes hear music coming from the neighbouring properties.
This region is known for its beautiful coast and one can also visit the picturesque and charming Tropea, Scilla and Pizzo.
