2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo With Views Of Sea Of Cortez And The Old Port

This unit has two bedrooms, the master BR has a queen bed that sleeps two and it's own private bathroom. The second bed room has a queen bed with the bathroom across the hallway.The living room has a pull out bed that sleeps two. Condo comfortably sleeps six people but we allowed a max of eight people with out an extra fee. Extra two people need to make their own sleeping arrangements. Bathrooms have standing showers with their toiletries and towels for six people. Condo has a laundry room.There is WIFI, and a smart TV you can log into your Netflix or other accounts. The kitchen is fully equipped including all of the small appliances such as coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, pots and pans etc. The patio has dining for 4 and two loungers. The unit is heated and air conditioned. There is reverse osmosis water in the kitchen. Casa Blanca is a gated community with 24/7 roving guards. There are three swimming pools including one along side the beach. The views from this unit are to the Southeast from the patio toward the Old Port and the Sea of Cortez. The patio receives the morning sun and is shaded from the hot afternoon sun. Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wrist bands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at check in. Casa Blanca offers access to three pools one heated and one next to the beach. Also, you can enjoy a round of miniature golf with the family, watch the waves, go swimming, or snorkeling.There are other activities at extra cost like riding the banana, the ultra-lite plane, a jet-ski or wave runner. Enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets, go fishing, tour the town, enjoy a well deserved vacation.
