This traditional old stone villa has been beautifully renovated; giving guests the chance to experience Tuscany in all its rustic beauty, in the height of comfort.
The ground floor is open plan with two living rooms, dining room, breakfast area and well equipped kitchen. There are stone walls, oak beams and antique tiles.
In the garden there is a private pool, barbecue area and pergola.
The Villa is located within the organic farm Fontenuova, a short distance from the hill top town of Saturnia and its famous thermal springs.

Our property is located in Saturnia, 2.5 km from the famous natural waterfalls 37.5 ° C and only 800 meters from the historic center of Saturnia town , where there are all services ; coffee shops, restaurants , groceries, bakery, butcher and pharmacy ...).
Our estate extends for over 30 hectares of private land and offers unique Tuscan views and landscapes, bordered by the Albegna river (reachable
Positioned on the side of a hill, the Villa has a terraced garden and a swimming pool with a lawn. There are far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside from the house and garden.
A stone path leads from the parking area across the garden to the portico where you enter the house on the west side. There is a barbecue with rustic table and benches in the garden, plus a vegetable patch. There is also a laundry area.
At the front of the house on the east side, there is an outdoor dining area that can be converted into a conservatory, enabling you to enjoy the panoramic views all year round. The open plan interior of the living room is characterised by stone-walls and a high ceiling with oak beams. There are two living rooms, a dining room, a breakfast room, and a kitchen. There are open fire-places in both the main living room and the dining room.

Local mediterranean flora includes: TREES, oak, olive tree and many more trees, FLOWERS, wild orchids, cyclamen, irises, arbutus, butcher’s broom, scotch broom, phillyrea, holly, hawthorn and wild asparagus.
The woods are home to an endless variety of edible mushrooms, not to mention the delicious Porcino.
Local wildlife includes: boar, deer, stone martens, weasels, skunks, buzzards, sparrow hawks, barn owls and tawny owls, black kites, finches, pheasants, turtle doves, ravens, black birds and crows.
