Condo is conveniently located just 2 miles from Resort, Carolina Hotel, and Pinehurst Village. The PCC clubhouse and US Open event are only a short walk away. Fabulous golf front location overlooking the 16th Fairway of #5. Stairs leading from the enclosed porch to the fairway make easy access to golf course and casual stroll to the Pinehurst clubhouse and Pinehurst village.
Completely remodeled with hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Our condo has 3 bedrooms, King size master, 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bathrooms are brand new with granite counter tops. There is a large flat screen TV in the Living room and comfortable furniture to relax with your family and friends.
Arrangements may also be available for unaccompanied member guest golf at Pinehurst Country Club (limited availability -max 30 day advanced reservations).
There are 40 plus golf courses within an hour drive. Raleigh and Durham are just over an hour's ride.

Wonderful trip

The place was more than I needed but extremely comfortable and in great shape. Very close proximity to the Pinehurst Clubhouse and Village. The only possible thing I could say negative would be the amount of pollen covering the deck and furniture on it. I did sweep it off with a provided broom. Other than that the place was very nice and very comfortable.

This pictures don't do thia place justice. It was nice place to stay for my family (2 kids, 2 adults) and my in-laws. Very clean, nice area, spacious. I had to message owner about something and she was quick to respond. We would gladly go back and stay here again!

A truly great place to stay!

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo! My husband and I have stayed here on several occasions and always leave planning our return. It is comfortable, well appointed, has a great kitchen, is conveniently located, and the screened porch complete with a grill is just awesome! We can’t wait to come back!!

It’s a 10!

Can’t say enough positive things about this property. Joann was very accommodating and she really takes care of her place. I am a self proclaimed clean freak and I have to say that unlike all the other properties I have stayed at in the past, this was by far the cleanest and most well-kept. Everything was provided for and when we revisit Pinehurst, I will definitely be renting this property again! Thanks for a clean, spacious, nicely decorated stay!

Plenty of room for a family. Nicely updated (pictures don’t do it justice) and a very relaxing location, both inside and out on the screened in porch. Highly recommend!

This property is very nicely appointed and quite comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the open layout, which allows folks in the kitchen to be involved in whatever's happening in the living room.

Joann was great. The place was fantastic and couldn’t ask for a more convenient place to stay close to the golf course at pinehurst and all of the other courses in the area. Joann was great and patient with all of our questions as my brother and I were taking my dad on a golf trip For his 80th birthday. Would highly recommend this place.

This was the second time that my husband and I stayed in Joann’s lovely home and, again, it was wonderful! The condo has everything you could want or need for a great vacation. If you’re traveling to Pinehurst for golf, this is a great spot. Right on one of the golf courses, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Completely renovated / updated with high-end finishes.
