A high end, 2 bedroom property recently refurbished to a high standard.
1X Superking bed and 1 x Kingsize bed. Both ensuite.

Excellent stay
We had an excellent stay at Bayview in Portree! Everything about the appartment was just wonderful, and also the situation of the appartment couldn't be better. The view at the harbour was as beautiful as it gets! Lovely restaurants at the harbour, just a few steps away. Parking place in front of the door. Heating in the livingroom didn't work as it should, but small electric heaters were placed, and they warmed the room up in just moments and the warmth and snoring that came from heaters in fact was rather cosy... we very much enjoyed our stay!!

Isle of Skye Adventure
Can’t say enough nice things about the apartment and the owners. Convenient to everything we wanted to see and getting around choices are abundant. There is a car hire service close by (our choice) but there is also local bus service as well as a taxi service that has tours. Plus Citibus has a stop there. As far as the owners, we lost our keys and after a quick call and a few pints at a local pub, they met us with a new key.That is first class. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else

Does it get any better??
Wow! Located right on the peer overlooking the bay in Portree. This VRBO property is top notch. It was easy to access, directions all provided via email ahead of time. We had a LOVELY stay. Highly recommend. I’d definitely stay at one of these properties again in Scotland. We had luxury and absolutely the best views.

Great amenities in a beautiful location
Wish we could have staid longer! Couldn't have chosen a nicer place to stay while we were there. I missed the email with check in details, but was easily able to get in touch with someone on the phone and get access right away. We were also given an extra hour to check out without any hassle. I hope this space is available on my next visit. Rebooking will be a no brainer!

Bien placé et confortable
Nous y étions en famille mais parfait pour deux couples. Lit confortable, chacun sa salle de bain. 3 WC dont un au rdc Pas beaucoup de vaisselle en revanche et pas de machine à café. Bien placé dans Portree. On recommande le resto Sea Breeze juste à côté (notamment leur plateau pour 2 et leur sticky toffee pudding) Juste à côté d’un CoOp, très pratique aussi.

Lovely updated apartment in a prine location for exploring Portree. Don’t be concerned about parking. We never had an issue and the property does has an alternate arrangement with a local church if you cannot find street parking. The takeaway Fish & Chips place down the street was the best we had in Scotland. Amazing chips!!

Nicely appointed apartment right in the heart of the harbour
Title says pretty much all. Nicely updated apartment close to the heart of Portree. Easy walk to everything in town. The showers are amazing rain showers; so lux!! Despite it being busy, parking was fairly easy. We found a spot for our large SUV each time we left and returned. We were there Wed-Sat so weekends may be harder but they offer an off-site alternative if needed.

Amazing location
Loved this property. The location was perfect for seeing numerous locations in the Isle of Skye . The views from the windows were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and cozy. I highly recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay in Portree. The place is clean, modern, and spacious and it looks out over the harbor for a fantastic view. We always found a spot on the street to park but the church parking lot is very close if necessary. Really, the place is perfect. We loved every minute of our stay.

Magnifique
Que dire... C'était tout simplement superbe. A deux doigts d'écrire "parfait". Le positif : tout ! L'endroit en lui même, spacieux, calme, confortable, plutôt bien équipé, très bien situé. La vue sur la baie ! Avec un peu de patience et de chance, vous pourrez même voir des phoques venir prendre leur respiration à la surface (nous en avons vu deux). Portree est une excellent point de chute pour visiter l'Isle de Skye. Aucun souci pour se garer nous avons toujours trouvé de la place juste en bas. Le seul point à surveiller : le lave-linge ! Sachant qu'il y en avait un à dispo nous avons fait nos valises en conséquence. Sauf qu'il a visiblement un souci et le linge pue. On s'en est sorti comme on a pu avec du Febreze mais c'était dommage. Mais ne vous arrêtez surtout pas à ça et foncez les yeux fermés sur cette superbe location. Elle vaut chaque pound dépensé !

Wonderful stay in Portree
Our family had a wonderful stay in this Portree home in June. Location was fantastic and we were able to find parking even though it is a busy area. The weather was unseasonably warm and the management team was kind enough to provide fans on request. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful property
This flat on the harbor of Portree is as beautiful as it appears in the pictures. Spotlessly clean and perfectly appointed. We did have some issues though in communicating with the management team first before checkin getting our final payment confirmed and later with no television. We were there 4 days when it was raining all the time and not having tv in the evenings was a real minus. Also the problems a previous review had sited on the second bathroom may not have been resolved. My daughter had a terrible time trying to use the shower which consistently flooded the entire floor. Parking was fortunately never an issue in the rain as we were always able to find a spot open out front.

Lovely place
This place is a beautiful spot smack in the middle of a very busy little town. Perfect for two adult couples. We were lucky and found parking on the busy pier each day. We were surprised by how busy, crowded and touristy Portree is (September) Between the cars, tours buses, cruise ships and foot traffic, we were a little overwhelmed yet I will say the apartment was a quiet oasis. Every single restaurant was full our first night, with lines out the door. We got smart and made dinner reservations for future nights. There are nearby grocery stores and the kitchen is great and nicely equipped if you prefer to cook in. Of note: one of the bathroom showers has only two walls, we couldn't figure out how to keep the water from flooding the floor a bit. Luckily, there was a combo washer/dryer unit in the apartment and we could dry the towels we used to sop up the water.

Beautiful location and property...but significant issues
This apartment is stunning and so smartly fitted, but we specifically booked a property with two ensuite bathrooms and one of them was non-functioning for the duration of our stay. A plumber appeared to have come, but the issue was not resolved and in fact, the bathroom was left in a worse state than when we arrived. We received no communication, or response to messages. This was such a disappointment because the location on the iconic pier and easy, walkable access to Portree's shops and restaurants was ideal. I expect this was a exception to an otherwise ideal holiday let for visitors, but sadly, our experience was not what it could or should have been.
