La Pergola is a fantastic property located in Capdepera, one of the most wonderful and privileged places in Mallorca, and less than 350m from the sea.
Just by entering through terrace we will find an outside table with benches where we can enjoy the best meals or a barbecue under the umbrella. On the outside we will also enjoy sunbathing in their hammocks on the lawn, or a pleasant moment of reading under the porch.
Once inside we will be able to accommodate ourselves in the sofa with chaise-longue and enjoy the best programming and the breeze of the summer. In the living room we will also find a dining room space for 4. The house has a modern kitchen with modern appliances too. It's also equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the house can accommodate up to 4 people in its 2 bedrooms. The first one has two single beds and the second one with a double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV!
