Had a great stay on this spacious abode. My family loves to be together and we were not disappointed in the cabin.
The decks were terrific for sunsets and suppers.
Hope we have the opportunity to visit this cabin again
Place was great overall, clean and cozy with all the amenities we needed. Had a bear visit us while in the hot tub, thankfully he wasn’t interested in joining and headed back up into the woods. We had a great stay!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hayloft. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed and more. The communication with the host was awesome and there were plenty of signs around with helpful information. The cabin has a warm welcoming feel and is wonderfully decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub nestled in the woods and playing games each evening after our adventures. The cabin is close enough to everything we wanted to do (Cades Cove/Abrams Falls, Dollywood, hike to Mt. Leconte) and near a grocery store and great restaurants (Trailhead Steak and Trout restaurant was excellent). It was a relaxing getaway in a quiet peaceful area and I don’t think we could have picked a better cabin with better hosts! Thank you!!!

Hideaway
This is primarily what the cabin is, it is tucked peacefully on a hillside. The picture made it look like there was a meadow right next to it. The meadow is down the steep lane to the right and we could barely see the bridge area that was depicted in the pictures. Also the pool is a 10 min drive from the cabin, we did visit the pool, everyone at the club was nice, it was raining so we didn't stay long. We did have a bear visit, I feel this was due to the trash left outside by the cabin next door. Overall we enjoyed our time, had all the amenities we needed and is very homey.
The process was phenomenal from when we booked the property until we checked out. The cabin was everything our family wanted....and more. Our kids were excited to see momma bear and her cubs along with all the other wildlife. We will for sure stay at this property again in the very near future.
From communication with the property manager before our stay, to the check in and check out process, everything was excellent. The house is beautiful and it has been our favorite thus far. We have a group that goes to the Smoky Mountains for New Years every year and often during the warmer months and this has been our favorite stay
Within an hour or so after arriving, a mama and 2 cubs had a short visit down the drive. They stayed long enough for us to take a few pictures from the window, then they left peacefully. The cabin was clean and had enough room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub felt amazing. Between everything mentioned before, the fireplace, and the view from the living room windows, made this cabin getaway everything we were hoping for! We can't wait to do it again!
I was very impressed with the Hayloft. The property was clean and it had everything I needed. The hot tube was very clean and the water didn't foam up. The fire burning fireplace was a nice feature as well. If your planning to spend time in the park, the property is ideally located. I plan to stay at again next fall.
The house and property are just as described. It had everything we needed for our stay. We were comfortable and loved the open floor plan with the great outdoors all around. We even got to see a Moma Bear and her cubs pass by - all from the comfort of the living room. We highly recommend booking this house for your Smokey Mountain getaway!
Was desopointed on the lack of green space. Like the views better when 5here are open spaces.
Not as clean as I'm use to. The blinds are very dusty, under beds very dirty. Beds are okay except twin beds. Very hard. We enjoyed the visit, found lots of fun things to do.
Favorite cabin, so far. Lots of room. Everything was clean, tidy. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of great books to read, enjoy. The beds comfy. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms utilized. Upstairs king and down stairs queen. Did not utilize the 3rd bedroom, twin room. I do recommend that the 3rd bedroom, twin beds bedspreads be updated with new mountain themed bedspreads. Appeal, you know. Did not watch tv, so do not know if the tv worked. Minor initial connection with the wifi, but was quickly addressed and remedied. Very pleased. Was a great vacation. Thank you. Hope to stay here again.. This cabin has a lovely spirit. Can feel it soon as you walk in the door. Thanks again for everything. Looking forward to next year, already!
My wife and I found the cabin very clean, equipped with the necessary linens and kitchen supplies. Although, there were only two of us, 6 could sleep comfortably. It has two full baths. The main floor has floor to ceiling windows providing abundant light and views. The antiques in the cabin added to its rustic charm. An added plus is the garage to store your car and bikes. The cabin is located at the end of a short drive up a small hill. Only one other cabin close by thus affording solitude, peace and quiet. And who wouldn't want that after driving the traffic clogged interstates to get there. We did have unexpected visitors, three bears. Since we weren't serving porridge, they left through the woods. Exciting! The location is close to the Townsend bike trail and eateries. The national park is only 7 minutes away. Cades cove is close by too. The area is frozen in time providing good old fashion family fun. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our experience. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. The location felt secluded but it was close enough to the main road to access whatever we needed/wanted.
