Overall, it was a great stay. The hot tub was not fixed the first night we came which was disappointing, but they came the next day and got it working. The top of the hot tub was left in the house so it caused a really bad odor. Loved the bathrooms, definitely have been updated and looked great and clean. The sheets and covers had an unpleasant odor as well. We had a hard time finding a pan to make eggs unless it was somewhere completely misplaced. The cleanliness could be better, there was a chunk of hair on the open floor when we walked in, and trash by the tv in one of the bedrooms. Found it kind of weird there was no coffee table in the living room to be able to sit down and place our drinks or snacks in front of us. I came in a mid sized suv, and parked sideways, don’t think two will fit without sticking out in the main road. Overall, those were little issues, it was great, spacious, and fits a great amount of people. Thanks!
Ultimately we had a great time on vacation and the location to this cabin was great. There were a few things that I would like to point out:
1. The driveway is tiny. We had a F150 Truck that we had to do a 20 point turn around to get out. Between the railing on the sides of the driveway and the retaining wall, it was tight.
2. The house needs a deeeep clean. We had to mop and wipe everything down because the layer of dirt. Like you had to scrub to get the film off the kitchen table.
3. The beds were old and uncomfortable! Like no one got a good nights rest. Felt exhausted the whole time cause the beds were so wore out.
4. We had to call the office to bring us new bedding for one bed cause the amount of dirt and hair in the sheets. The outdoor chairs were also falling apart. So thankful they brought us new ones to enjoy the porch.
5. There were roaches around the sinks in the upstairs bathroom and kitchen. I understand the house is in the woods but it seemed to need sprayed and deep cleaned.
I wouldn’t rent this cabin again or recommend it.
We enjoyed our stay very much. We had everything that we needed. For the price for 2 nights, the cabin could have been cleaner. The porches look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. There were cob webs everywhere inside and out. It’s a lovely cabin, it just needs a little more attention than it’s getting.
Had a great time. Not enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub. Ended up taking a Luke warm bath. Dishes were dirty in cupboard and the electric griddle I pulled out from under the sink was filled with old grease in the drip cup. Not a big deal I went cleaned what I needed to use. All in all had a great stay the cabin was gorgeous!
It was a nice house and a great size for my family. Very quiet and relaxing. We had nice views of the lights from the parkway and it was very convenient to the attractions.

Glad to be home
The downstairs was freezing cold and there were dead bugs under the sink. The showers and tubs were nice. They replaced the washer and dryer while I was there which was fine but the people that switched it out left it sitting by the pool table along with cardboard pieces on the couch and styrofoam pieces all in the floor so I had to call the office and get someone to remove it so we could use the pool table. The office was very helpful and polite. After it was removed they took it on the porch and it was just left there my entire stay. There were little centipedes downstairs. Didn't bother me much but if you don't like bugs I probably wouldn't stay there. The hot tub was not usable. We got in once and turned on the jets and it smelled like swamp water so we got out. I called and they put some chemicals in but the smell never went away. The cabin is decorated nicely since I love the Christmas theme. All of the beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable! All 4 adults were aching every day. I don't think any of us got a good night's sleep. We did enjoy the closeness to attractions. Overall I would definitely not stay there again nor would anyone I went with.
The good: Excellent location close to town. We liked the layout of the cabin because it offered privacy for everyone. We had 3 couples and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 levels of the cabin. The description says 2 car only parking (this is very accurate as we thought we could squeeze 3 lol) good selection of dishes. The office was very responsive when we called to tell them the grill was out of gas... had a new tank in about 20 minutes.
The bad: the property could use a fresh coat of paint, updated wallpaper and new carpet so if you’re picky about these kinds of things, you would be disappointed.
pretty only in photos the dirty bathrooms pool table the broken sticks the dirty beds uncomfortable bad smell you can't use two bathrooms at the same time because the hot water goes out crazy very bad experience I would never return or and they charged me 89 dollars because I left a gallon of milk in the fridge

Christmas 2020
My family from 3 states met here for Christmas 2020. We got snowed in it was quite beautiful but no salt for the steps that got got 2 inches of ice on them, Very dangerous. The inside was not very clean. But well decorated for Christmas.
This property was great! Check in/out was super easy. We had a great view and were able to see the wheel from the hot tub and when Dollywood set off fire works we could see that as well. Plus it was a central location so able to get places very easily without having to deal too much with the parkway traffic.

Not clean
cabin was dirty, we shouldn't have paid a cleaning fee as we had to clean upon our arrival. Very dirty fridge and bathrooms. Tvs dont work and the kne that does has very few channels.
It was super nice, When the stove door was locked up staff was their within 15 minutes. Staff was great! Loved our stay and will be back next year.

We did not stay in the house we rented.
We got checked in and went to the house and everything was taped up. (Windows, deck, and doors). All outside furniture was in the living room. Owners painted and did not tell anyone. Fireside rentals was every nice and placed us in a beautiful home.

Clean but modest accommodations
This cabin was clean and fairly well-maintained. However, with the exception of towels, there were very few amenities included. The kitchen was very sparingly stocked, and we were not able to locate any extra blankets or pillows...something that is typical of most rentals. The unit could definitely use some updating...it looks like it is frozen in 1994. There was no cable television, only the local channels. Wifi was, thankfully, included. Overall we had a great stay, but I don't know that I'd rent this unit again.

The cabin was great
The inside of the cabin was great!!! However the decks were dirty and the chairs were not cleaned off. One rocker was broke and we had to wipe off the chairs before we could sit in them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice house but needs improvement.
Pros: love the fireplace, chairs, beautiful oak trim, great smouny of bedrooms, and great price.
Cons: house needs updating and more seating, chairs in patio were covered in spiderweb and dirt, bathroom showers are starting to mildew, bathroom sinks have almost no water pressute, ceiling in basement starting to mildew, ice maker doesn't work, upstairs bathroom smells like sewage, and wifi barely works downstairs.
Overall it wasn't a horrible experience there are just a few things that I feel could be updated to make it an amazing home.
Some things I don't really count as cons, but you should be aware of. The beds are super them so if you like that you'll be happy. Also when they say 2 car parking they mean it. There is nowhere else to park any other vehicles, and even with two it's a hard fit.
