This property offers everything you would need for a memorable Smoky Mountain vacation including a whole house surround sound system that is Bluetooth capable, CD compatible, and radio compatible, three decks including one with a grilling area next to the water, and an outdoor kitchen that has countertops that glow at night.

When you first enter Crystal Waters, you will notice the fully furnished kitchen that is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This kitchen has more than most with extra appliances including a drink fridge, standard oven, convection oven, double toaster, blender, and Ninja coffee station with both a standard coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area is just off the kitchen and offers a dining table with seating for 6, with an additional bar countertop area with two additional seats. The living room is also on this entry level, and it features a leather couch, leather love seat, seasonal stone gas log fireplace, 70-inch flat screen TV with surround sound, smart cable box where you can watch all your favorite apps, half bath, and there is a timed light show in the evening. The Master Suite is located on this level, and it features a king size bamboo adjustable/massaging bed and a 36-inch flat screen TV. Just off the master bedroom is the master bathroom that features a walk-in shower, Whirlpool waterfall tub indoor hot tub, 36-inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a double vanity.

When you walk downstairs, you enter the game room/second living room that the kids will love. Here you will find a pool table, slot machine, arcade machine, leather sleeper sofa, 70-inch flat screen TV, and a second seasonal stone gas fireplace. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on this level as well. The first bedroom offers a King size bed with a bamboo adjustable/massaging mattress and a 36-inch flat screen TV, and the second bedroom offers a queen size bed with a bamboo adjustable/massaging mattress and a 36-inch flat screen TV. The bathroom comes with a jetted tub/shower combo.

With everything available on the inside, it sounds as if you would not need to go outside but trust us you will. To the right of the entrance on the main level, there is a large patio area that is loaded with everything you need for the perfect family outing. Here you will find an outdoor lounge area with year-round stone gas fireplace, Moderno 6-piece patio seating, table with wrap around glowing concrete seating, 70-inch flat screen TV, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, sink, mini-fridge, and concrete countertops that glow at night. Just off from the living room is a screened in back deck that features two cushioned chairs, four designer bamboo chairs, three tables, a 32-inch flat screen TV, and a year-round electric fireplace. There is another screened in deck on the lower level that comes with four designer bamboo chairs, a cushioned chair, and a table. This deck connects to a third lower-level deck that is closer to the water and comes with a table with 6 chairs and an umbrella, two wooden benches, a metal bench, and two Adirondack chairs. This deck is located right next to the Little Pigeon River and is great for fishing, and has a smaller deck connected that has a charcoal grill and a concrete bench.
