In a charming refurbished villa, equipped with air-con and located in a very quiet district, 10 minutes walk from Vence's city centre, its lively and bustling old city, its bars and restaurants, garden-level, large and elegant apartment (80 m2) with 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, 2 large and comfortable renovated terraces, including 1 arboured terrace in front of the living room, enjoyable garden provides a pleasant atmosphere. Parking inside the property.
A large private and secured swimming pool (8 m X 4 m) and its large deck recently available, refurbished garden with automatic watering system.
The apartment is equipped with a large living room with a sofa and a small bench, WIFI, TV, a modern fitted kitchen, a first bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large terrace with direct access to the swimming pool and garden, bathroom and toilets, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom. There are additional toilets outside the bedrooms near the second bedroom.

I am living on the second floor, in an apartment fully isolated from the first floor . It allows me to be available at any time, while respecting my guests'privacy.
With several years of experience in welcoming vacationers, I always make sure my guests have a very pleasant trip.
I would be glad to welcome you, make sure that you feel comfortable and have everything at your disposal.

A wonderful, relaxing stay

My husband and I stayed in Pierre's lovely house for a little over 3 weeks this July and August (2023), with our small dog. The house is very well situated, being around a 15 minute walk into Vence with only some slight inclines. The house has everything you might need and the pool area is just lovely. Pierre was a charming and tolerant host - I say tolerant as our Jack Russell was something of a nuisance at times and he was very gracious in the way he handled him. Having off-road parking was very helpful and the residence feels exceptionally safe. We liked having different areas to sit/eat and there is always somewhere in shade, even on the hottest days. The air conditioning is great, and the new units in the bedrooms made sleeping very easy. A nice modern bathroom with a walk-in shower was also very welcome. Both a Carrefour and a Mr Bricolage are within walking distance and I would definitely recommend driving just a few minutes up the road to Tourettes Sur Loup - beautiful views! Overall, I would recommend this lovely house to couples, families and dog owners - I just hope your dog is a little quieter than ours! Thank you Pierre for making our stay so special, and thank you for putting up with Stanley 'big ears'!

Wundervolle Ferien bei Pierre

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa bietet einen wunderbaren und ruhigen Rückzugsort zur Erholung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und mehr als man erwartet. Besonders schön ist natürlich, dass es auch einen Pool gibt. St. Paul de Vence und Tourette sur Loup sind ganz in der Nähe und auch die attraktiven Orte an der Küste erreicht man mit dem Auto in 20-30 Minuten. Pierre ist übrigens der netteste Gastgeber, den man sich wünschen kann. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Oh là là - wunderbar! Traumhafte Lage, tolle Wohnung, perfekter Pool und ein großartiger Vermieter

Wir waren 17 Tage im Juli / August 2022 als 4 köpfige Familie mit unserem kleinen Vierbeiner in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage in Vence ist otpimal. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe und Vence als Stadt ist an sich schon wunderschön. Die Wohnung selbst, ist sehr ruhig gelegen und garantiert Entspannung für alle. Wir hatten alle gemeinsam sehr viel Spaß in dem schönen großen Pool und unser Hund war im Garten stets willkommen! Bei Tagesausflügen konnte unser Hund auch in der Wohnung bleiben, was für Pierre gar kein Problem war. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und wir waren dafür sehr dankbar. Die Wohnung ist teils klassisch, teils modern eingerichtet und hat einen unheimlichen Charme zum Wohlflühlen. Die Klimaanlage hilft im Sommer natürlich sehr! Pierre hat uns im Vorfeld genaue Infos zur Anfahrt gegeben, da die Adresse für das Navi nicht leicht zu finden war, hat das unheimlich geholfen! Nah dran an Nizza und der näheren Umgebung. Achtung, wer Strandurlaub machen möchte, muss wissen, dass der Verkehr in der Saison sehr heftig ist und man zu den nächsten Sandstränden in Antibes ca. 45 Minuten fährt. Das war für uns allerdings kein Problem. Es gibt unzählige kulturelle Angebote und Angebote zur Freizeitgestaltung für jedes Alter! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank für alles! Merci pour tout!

Zelfs mooier dan op de foto's!

Mooie en tot in de puntjes verzorgde villa. De eigenaar woont in het bovenste gedeelte. Het is een vriendelijke, discrete en gastvrije man. Zijn rustige aard maakt dat je meteen een vakantiegevoel ervaart. Het zwembad is helemaal top. Omdat het erg warm was, werd het zeer gewaardeerd, zeker door onze tieners. We raden zijn accommodatie ten zeerste aan. Wie op zoek is naar rust en tegelijk wat highlights in Zuid-Frankrijk wil meepikken: laat je verrassen door deze parel in het Zuiden.

Magique!

Nous avons été accueilli par Pierre, le propriétaire. Un accueil plus qu'agréable! Toujours souriant, il nous a fait visiter la maison. La piscine est très agréable ! Les 2 terrasses, un vrai +! Sans compter la climatisation qui nous a été indispensable pendant notre séjour. Le centre de Vence se trouve à 10-15 minutes à pied. Nous y sommes allés quelques fois le matin pour y boire le café ou prendre le petit déjeuner. Il y a également de bons restaurants! Nous remercions Pierre pour sa gentillesse et pour toutes les info qu'il nous a donné :) N'hésitez surtout pas à choisir le logement de Pierre!

Excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison.

Très bien équipée avec son espace indépendant en RDC. Le jardin, la piscine et l’espace terrasse sont juste sublimes. Pierre le propriétaire est l’hôte rêvé, accueillant, aimable, au petit soin avec nous, de très bon conseil pour les petits secrets de la région et d’une très grande discrétion pour nous permettre de se sentir le temps des vacances comme à la maison. La région est magnifique et permet d’être au calme absolu. Merci pour votre accueil.

Calme et

On se sent chez soi dans cette belle maison particulière. La location au rdc est fraîche et fonctionnelle (cuisine équipée, 2 salles de bains & WC) et permet de profiter des 2 terrasses selon le moment de la journée, ainsi que de la piscine en accès direct. Le quartier est très calme et Pierre le propriétaire est à la fois très prévenant et discret depuis son 1er étage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Une excellente adresse à retenir !

L'accueil, l'amabilité, la discrétion du propriétaire sont exceptionnels. L'attention qu'il porte à ses hôtes est irréprochable. Le logement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour ... avec la cerise sur le gâteau : une belle piscine toute neuve, très appréciable dans une région ensoleillée. Bref, une adresse où l'on a envie de revenir.

Toller Urlaub! Das Appartement / Haus ist sehr schön, sauber, mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht (und mehr). Tolle Lage. Pierre ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Der Pool ist spitze! Perfekt für Familie mit zwei Kindern, auch unser Hund war willkommen. Wir kommen wieder!

Un hôte super agréable et une location parfaite!

Pierre a été un hôte super agréable, disponible et de bon conseil sans être envahissant. L’appartement est très agréable, on a apprécié la climatisation dans la pièce principale, la grande cuisine très pratique et les deux terrasses qui permettent de prendre tous ses repas à l’extérieur. La piscine est superbe, on en a profité presque chaque jour. La location est vraiment bien située, pas loin du centre de Vence, déjà dans l’arrière pays mais finalement pas loin de Nice, Cannes, et les plages. Petit plus: l’espace extérieur est totalement clos, pratique avec Nowa notre chienne. Merci Pierre pour cette belle rencontre !

Nice quiet spot

Super pool and garden, quiet neighborhood and easy acceess to vence town short walking distance, everything you need in the kitchen. Cleaning inside could be better e.g. Carpets, blankets, sofa. We enjoyed our stay very much and Will love to be back

Super Wohnung,tolle Umgebung

Wir haben 2 sehr erholsame Wochen in Vence verlebt. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Lage. Herr Yannelle ist ein sehr höflicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der neue Swimmingpool hat das gute Angebot in wunderbarer Weise abgerundet. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Lovely neighbourhood, close to Vence old town

This property, the ground floor of a house, is set in a lovely residential area, approx 10-15 mins walk away from Vence old town. The outside space has just been updated to include a beautiful large pool & large patio areas & this is certainly the best feature of the property, as you can find sun or shade in the different areas at all times of day. Inside is not contemporary but has a homely feel. There is everything you would need & more, in terms of kitchen equipment. The main bedroom, with the ensuite bathroom looks out onto the pool. There is no hanging space for clothes in here but it can found a few steps away in the dining room. The second bedroom did not look as inviting but as it was not used on this trip, not a problem. The lounge / dining area is spacious and has air-con. However, even with temperatures approaching 40 degrees, keeping shutters closed during the day, kept property cool. The host, Pierre, was friendly and around if needed but did not disturb the stay. The neighbours, not that you see then from the property, appeared friendly if you saw them in the road....indeed one neighbour was kind enough to drop off a large jar of honey as she welcomed me to France. There are minor things that could be improved, for example, the addition of a folder containing information about local area, maybe a visiotors book where guests could recommend local restaurants or sightseeing opportunities, new kitchen cleaning scrubbers, board games, towels that match......but you can see I am talking about minor things here. I would recommend this property & host if you are looking for a quiet location with plenty of outdoor space but in a spot where you get to lots of interesting places in under a hour; Nice, Monaco, Grasse, Cap Saint Jean Ferrat, St Paul, to name a few.

Gepflegte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage und äußerst freundlicher Empfang durch den Hausherrn

Wir haben herrliche Ferientage im Haus von Herrn Yanelle verbracht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich und Herr Yanelle war sehr bemüht, uns schöne Tage zu bereiten. Er hat uns über attraktive Ausflugsziele in der Nähe informiert und auch das aktuelle Kulturprogramm der Umgebung für uns heraus gesucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal - weg vom Trubel der Cote d'Azur, die jedoch mit dem Auto rasch erreichbar ist. In die Altstadt von Vence ist es ein kurzer Spaziergang und man kann ohne Probleme eines der vielen guten Restaurants sowie der Geschäfte im Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen. Alles in allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Un très bon séjour à Vence

Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances cet été dans la belle maison de Pierre. Celle ci dispose de toutes les commodités elle est très propre et nous avons apprécié le terrain dont on peut profiter et se reposer sous ce superbe olivier. Pierre nous à réservé un très bon accueil et la maison nous à beaucoup plût. Celle ci est située dans un quartier très calme . Le centre ville est accessible à pieds , la région réserve un tas d'activités . Bref je recommande.

Une maison où il fait bon vivre ...

une maison bien entretenue et confortable, rien ne manque avec un grand jardin dans une région à découvrir au pays des cigales et du soleil. M. Yanelle est charmant et très discret. Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos 2 "enfants" 20 ans et 16 ans, ils ont aimé cette maison, que dire de plus ! Bonnes vacances aux prochains locataires.

une maison confortable

Nous sommes restés deux semaines dans la confortable maison de Pierre Yanelle. L'appartement spacieux est situé au rez de chaussée et a un décor chaleureux. Dans la cuisine il y a suffisamment d’ustensiles pour préparer un délicieux repas. Il y a une chambre avec un lit double et une chambre avec un lit jumeau. Nous avons utilisé la chambre avec le lit jumeau car cette chambre est agréable et fraiche en été. Les lits sont de bonne qualité. Et puis le jardin ! Nous avons apprécié l'espace qui nous entoure ! Lecture sous le magnifique olivier ou heures à bronzer sur un transat confortable... Pierre, nous vous remercions de votre hospitalité. Nous aimerions revenir. We stayed for two weeks in the cozy house of Pierre Yanelle. The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor and has a homely decor. The kitchen has enough to prepare a delicious meal. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with twin beds. We used the room with the twin bed because this room is nice and cool in the summer and very quiet. And then the garden! We enjoyed the space around us. Reading under the beautiful olive tree or hours sunbathing on a comfortable sun lounger. Pierre, we thank you for your hospitality. We would like to come back. See you.

Charme provençal

Une excellente semaine de détente au calme dans une maison provençale très fonctionnelle où il fait bon vivre ses vacances en marge de l'agitation de la côte, un pied dans l'arrière pays entre baous et mer. Un grand jardin pour la détente, une terrasse agréable et une maison soignée. Parfait pour visiter l'arrière pays ou profiter des plages et de Vence avec un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Parfait ! A recommander;
