This ground level unit is quite literally a few steps from the turquoise waters of Sapphire Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. This corner apartment is flooded with light, has an extended wrap around patio, and all the conveniences of a home away from home. Amazing Stay

Sea101 is a perfect location. Walkout access to the beach, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and amazing snorkeling. For the beach lover...this is paradise. Additionally, Martha was an excellent host. She was extremely approachable for questions.

25th Anniversary in Paradise!

We returned just a week ago from our 8-night stay at Sea101 to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and it truly exceeded all expectations! We can’t stop talking about it and are already dreaming of returning. From the breathtaking views to the fantastic amenities and the thoughtful personal touches from the property manager; everything was perfect.We thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks around the property and loved how welcoming and friendly everyone was. The convenience of being able to walk right out and snorkel, followed by a relaxing nightcap on the patio, made our experience even more special.The on-site restaurants were excellent, and we also appreciated the shop for a few souvenirs. The location was ideal, with Red Hook just a short distance away, offering plenty of options for excursions, including a day trip to the BVI with Stormy Pirates, visits to Moe’s Market, and easy access to the ferry to St. John. The area also had a wide range of shopping and dining choices, making it a perfect spot to explore.We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable anniversary getaway! Thanks Martha for sharing your little piece of heaven!

Picture perfect view

The condo is located on the beach and the view is considered by the local photographers as “the most frequently requested location “ for photo ops and weddings . It’s a one king size bed and immaculately maintained ! There was a wedding this morning at 8 am ! Sea Salt restaurant is on location with the most incredible view and delicious food! Don’t miss Sudi’s for Monday music and great food and atmosphere!

Everything was as described in the listing. The location of the unit within the complex was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and everything needed to cook. Very clean and comfortable!

Amazing Condo!

Sea 101 was absolutely perfect for our one week stay. The room was just as described. The location was absolutely awesome! The bars and restaurants on site or on point as well. This condo is literally right on the beach. We had the opportunity on our second night there to attend the full moon party at the beach bar. That was a pretty cool experience as well. Absolutely perfect location and the best views. Sapphire beach is truly a hidden gem, and this condo is the best place to enjoy it. Once you sit out on that patio taking it all in, you may never want to leave it! Absolutely recommend!

Absolute Paradise

We just returned from 9 beautiful days in St. Thomas celebrating our honeymoon. “Sea 101” was everything we hoped for… well appointed, clean and the most amazing location. Nothing will ever compare to opening the blinds in the morning to blue ocean, white sand and palm trees. The convenience of stepping off the porch onto the beach is unmatched. Martha was a delightful host. Her communication was excellent. She is just a lovely person. We cannot wait to return and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere other than this wonderful condo.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a wonderful condo and beautiful location. We rented a car and enjoy the island so much! Everything was perfect, sapphire beach is everything you could dream of on a tropical vacation!

Perfect place for a romantic couples get away!! Very clean and comfortable. The beach is literally steps off the patio. It’s conveniently located next to the Sapphire Beach Club with food options and 2 bars, but far enough down the beach to still be quiet. Martha was amazing to work with and extremely responsive! We will definitely be staying again!

Sapphire beach Location, Location, Location! C-101

The studio condo was exactly as expected and the location is about as perfect as can be. One step into the sand, then 75 steps to where we'd park our beach chairs for the day. Snorkeling the bay was very good and lots of turtles, rays and fish. Be sure to go to the far end of the beach if you want underwater structures, coral and plenty of fish! Only negative about the unit is the water pressure in the kitchen as it would be nearly impossible to wash dishes after cooking (but we ate out every meal). The new setup at the beach bar is great and the Seasalt restaurant was our favorite of the island, ate there 2x. If looking for a water excursion, we highly recommend "Sailing the Cosmos Charters" A small group, low cost sailing and snorkeling excursion. They are docked right at the Sapphire Beach marina, so convenient! Would definitely rent this unit again in the future and Martha was so great to work with! Excellent communications.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea101! Would stay again in a heartbeat! So convenient having a ground level condo to walk out to the beach and the beach bar. Very clean and everything you need in the kitchen for making meals. Very smooth process, thanks for sharing your property!

We arrived to the unit key pad work no problem. Walked and was amazed by the cleanliness and atmosphere of the unit very well modeled just like the pictures show. This is the second time that we have stayed over the holidays at this rental. The unit is beautifully maintained and has all the touches that made our stay perfect once again! From the welcome note to the luxurious beach towels, the hosts think of everything for your comfort and convenience. This ground floor unit is literally steps to the ocean for swimming and snorkeling. The resort is secure and in a great location for sightseeing, terrific restaurants, water sports, and the ferry to St. John.

Loved our condo on Sapphire Beach

Our condo at Sapphire Beach and Marina was beautiful, spacious, and well furnished. I couldn't believe beach towels and chairs were provided. We also had an extra large patio since we were located on a corner. Since we had such a large group of family and friends with us, I got to see about 6 other condos. Although these others were nice, they still didn't compare to the beauty and cleanliness of C101. Martha, the owner was extremely nice and provided lots of info on local places to eat and visit. I will definitely use this condo again!

Great Condo and Stay!

The condo is as advertised. It is clean, comfortable and close to the beach, but far enough away from the restaurant and bar that is located on the property so that it is peaceful. There were rolling blackouts when we visited so on the mornings that we didn't have power, it was convenient to go to Beach Buzz on the property for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Sea Salt which is the upscale restaurant on the property has on point service and food! The condo location is minutes from Red Hook to catch the ferry to St. John and other restaurants and grocery store. Martha is a very thoughtful host with welcome letter and gift! We very much enjoyed our stay!

We purchased this condo preconstruction almost 30 years ago on our first trip to St. Thomas. We recently finished a major renovation and have decided to share our delightful spot with others, by renting through this site.

Why they chose this property

Sapphire Beach is just about perfect! The crystal clear waters, the white sand, the constant breeze make it exactly the beach that one comes to the Caribbean to experience. When you take your photos, you may have to convince family and friends that the scenery is real!

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! Not only is the apartment on the beach, it is central to the complex, and it is a much desired corner unit, adding extra windows and sliders which fill the rooms with beautiful light! And the dwelling is efficient, simply and beautifully furnished, and has many of the comforts of home.
