On the border between Salzburgerland and Tyrol, in the lively village of Wald (municipality of Wald-Königsleiten), on the sunny side of the valley, lies this beautifully situated holiday home with 2 holiday apartments with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

This luxurious holiday apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located on the first floor of the holiday home. It has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 1 other bedroom and another separate bathroom, a large living room with a sofa bed for two people, a modern kitchen, a sauna and a ski room with ski boot warmers.

This beautiful apartment is very suitable for a holiday in winter as well as in summer. Within 15 minutes by car you can reach the Hochkrimml - Zillertal Arena ski area (approx. 11 km from the town center) or the Wildkogel Arena. There are 60 lifts and around 150 kilometers of pistes in the entire Zillertal Arena ski area near Wald im Pinzgau. The ski bus stops about 200 meters from the apartment.

In summer there is a wealth of hiking and mountain biking opportunities. You can also visit the beautiful reservoir near Gerlos or the highest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml. You will find various shops directly in the village.

Die Vermieter sind wunderbar..Es fehlt an nichts, es ist viel Platz und man kann nach dem Wandern in der Sauna herrlich entspannen.. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl hie und kommen gern wieder. Het appartement is fantastisch. ruime kamer, zeer ruim balkon met mooi uitzicht. we waren met vier personen twee stellen, en hadden elk een ruime slaapkamer met een badkamer. het appartement is luxe, alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, de keuken is van alles voorzien. de gastvrouw is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. we hebben volop genoten van dit appartement, en zullen het bij anderen aanbevelen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und super nette Vermieter welche im Haus wohnen. Die Lage ist super um In die Skigebiete zu fahren. Skibus ist nicht weit zu laufen. Mit dem Auto 10-20 Minuten in die Gebiete. Vielen Dank Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder!

Wir waren das zweite Mal zu Gast. Das Appartement ist top eingerichtet und war wie immer sehr sauber. Die Sauna und die Bäder in den Zimmern sind das Highlight. Dazu noch die freundliche, kinderliebe unf immer hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Man fühlt doch gleich willkommen. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal zu Gast!!
