The Space:
La Charme Du Marais is an elegantly furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a large open-style living/ dining space with a full kitchen.

Located on the border of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Arrondissements (Districts), you will have the pleasure of enjoying 3 wonderful neighborhoods of Paris.

This refined apartment combines classical French architectural highlights with modern colors and design. It is large 45 sq meters, in an historic "Haussmannian" building featuring crown molding and wrought-iron wrap-around balconies. The large floor to ceiling windows will bring in the light and fresh air.

BED:
The master bedroom features a high quality double sized bed, 2 night-stand tables, lamps, a closet and dresser for storage. All linens are provided for your comfort.

The living room includes a double-size sofa-bed for 2 more guests, coffee table, TV/ DVD player, and glass dining table.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, a conventional oven, a microwave, toaster, electric coffee-maker, electric kettle, electric stove and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer combo machine for your convenience. We provide the detergent.

A full range of cooking/dining utensils are available for your cooking and dining needs.

Bring home some fresh vegetables from the Parisian street market of Rue Montorgueil or Rue Rambuteau and see what you can whip up. Save money by eating at home and enjoy the convenience of your Parisian Hideaway.

BATHROOM:

The bathroom is newly renovated for your comfort. You will enjoy the rainfall shower, modern vanity and towel warmer. All towels are provided.


AIR-CONDITIONING: 

The apartment is equipped with a portable air-conditioning unit to help keep you comfortable during the hotter weather. 

TELECOMMUNICATION:

The apartment features a high-speed internet connection (Wifi), an internet-enabled TV, DVD player, digital radio, and telephone with FREE long-distance calls to over 70 countries.

The TV in the living area will let you see what's going on in the world with hundreds of channels in many languages and CNN and BBC in English. But remember, you didn't come to Paris to care about what's going on in the world. So set it to some digital radio instead, sip some wine and nibble some fromage; now that's  much better !

Calling friends back home or checking your email is simple. Your flat is set up with FREE WIFI and UNLIMITED FREE TELEPHONE CALLS to over 70 countries, including the U.S., Canada and Australia.

The apartment features a wrap around balcony with a lovely view. The road below is quite busy though, so the windows are all double glazed glass to block out the street noise. That being said, this apartment may not be the best suited for anyone who is very sensitive to noise.

The apartment is located on the 2nd FLOOR, with elevator.

This location puts you right in the center of the city, on the border of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd arrondissments of Paris offering a dynamic blend of atmospheres. The sophistication of the 1st with its iconic landmarks, the bustling commercial and business energy of the 2nd, and the artsy, trendy vibe of the 3rd, known for its galleries and diverse community. It's a unique fusion where historic charm meets modern flair, offering an eclectic mix of cultures, cuisines, and experiences right at your doorstep.

Getting Around:
The location here is unbeatable. This is about as central as you can get in Paris. You can walk to so many places but also have a number of metro and RER lines available:

Metro: Etienne Marcel (Line 4), Rambuteau (Line 11), Chatelet (Line 1,4,7,11,14)
RER: Chatelet-Les Halles (RER A,B (Train to Airport),D)

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the apartment is on a busy boulevard. The windows are all double-glazed glass and do a great job of blocking out the noise, however noise can still be heard inside the apartment (the noise is muffled, but we just like our future guests to know that the apartment is not silent). If you are easily bothered by noise or a light sleeper, this apartment may not be the best choice for you.
