The apartment is located in a beautiful complex very well maintained, with 7 swimming pools and gardens.
With modern decoration and a fantastic porch with probably the most beautiful private garden in the complex. Very sunny all day long with sofa and armchairs to relax, hammocks, BBQ table and chairs for 6 people and views of the pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living / dining room and open kitchen. Two beaches just 5 minutes walk and 3 minutes from the commercial area with bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops and all kinds of services. Only 10 minutes walk from the well known Marina de Cala 'Or.

2024 summer holiday

A thoroughly relaxing break. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, and suited our needs perfectly. Francisco is a very good host and explained the many features of his apartment provided lots of useful information about the island and its many attractions.

Amazing place to stay

We’ve been to Cala D’or three time and this place in my opinion is the best place to stay. The pools are fabulous, like having your own private pool. Francisco is a great host and can’t do enough for you. It’s ideally located for Cala Egos, the port area and a short walk into Cala D’or centre

Skønt roligt sted men også med god mulighed for liv tæt på

Vi havde et skønt ophold. Lejligheden som ligger inde i et kompleks for sig selv med 7 pools og hvor der var utrolig roligt og hyggeligt. Lejligheden gav mulighed for at slappe af i haven og med udgang til en stor pool. Tæt på flere spisesteder og med en fantastisk udlejer Fransisco som kom med flere gode forslag til spisesteder og var løbende super behjælpelig med spørgsmål og anbefalinger. Der ligger flere indkøbsmuligheder meget tæt på som kan benyttes. Er man der i en længere periode kan lejebil anbefales, da der ligger flere hyggelige byer tæt på, men dog med kørsel. Der er p-plads inde i komplekses.

Excelente estancia

Hemos pasado unos dias increibles, el departamento tiene todo lo necesario, muy bien cuidado y la terraza es maravillosa. La ubicacion es muy buena cerca de la playa y el complejo muy bonito y seguro. Destacamos y agradecemos la hospitalidad de Francisco, desde antes de nuestra llegada y en todo momento. Sin duda repetiremos al volver a Mallorca.

Ein sonniger Winterurlaub

Wir verbrachten zu zweit unseren Weihnachtsurlaub in dieser hübschen Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Francisco ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten täglich Garten, Sonnenliegen und Terrasse genießen. Auch bei kühleren Temperaturen am Abend war es dank Klimaanlage angenehm warm. Vor unserer Ankunft hatte Francisco diese sogar schon angeschaltet um uns in einer warmen Wohnung Willkommen zu heißen. Die Lage ist gut geeignet um Ausflüge zu machen und die schönen Buchten der Umgebung zu erkunden. In der Winterzeit ist in Cala d'or vieles geschlossen, aber viele größere Supermärkte sind täglich geöffnet. Und man kann die Schönheit der Strände und Orte in Ruhe genießen.

Perfect for a long term stay

We stayed here for three weeks and combined remote work and vacation. The apartement had everything we needed and was super clean. Beds are super comfortable. The WiFi was excellent, which was important for our remote work. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere on our terrace and the pools in the complex. Nearby are shops, restaurants and two calas, all reachable by foot. The owner provided recommendations for restaurants, calas and sightseeing, all of them were super nice. The best beaches of Mallorca are in this area. We really loved it. Thank you for the nice stay.

Great holiday

The apartment was very clean and well equipped for our holiday. Francisco was very helpful with showing us around the apartment and telling us about the local area and to contact him if any problems ( which we didn't have). The complex is fab, lots of pools and none were busy. We will def be returning.

The apartment is 10minutes from the town, 15 from the marina. The apartment and complex are both maintained perfectly. We would 100% book again.

Great stay

This property is in a good area, close to shops, restaurants, beaches. It has a private parking. Communication with the owner was easy. He was very helpful. Explained everything about the island. The flat was very clean and spacious. It has everything you need. The garden was lovely. It has various pools. Due to the weather unfortunately we couldn't use them :( The only issue was a noisy neighbour who has two dogs which barked a lot, and we heard the neighbour cooking dinner at 10pm. Also was watching TV very loudly. So if you are a light sleeper, be aware. Also the tap water is salty so prepare to buy a lot of bottled water. Otherwise we had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend it especially in hot weather.

Séjour Cala d'Or

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé, de l'arrivée au départ. une procédure d'entrée dans la résidence très précise pour une arrivée tardive. L'appartement est très bien, propre, spacieux, bien placé. Francisco est très sympa et nous a donné beaucoup d'informations sur des lieux à visiter, des restaurants à faire.....ect

Fantastisk ophold

Rigtig dejlig lejlighed med alle fornødenheder. Ligger i et stille og roligt feriekompleks i nærheden af restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder og en lille sandstrand. OBS at supermarkedet ikke er åbent søndag eftermiddag. Værten var meget behjælpelig. Kan kun anbefale lejligheden til andre - vi kommer gerne igen

Fantastic apartment

My husband, and I stayed in this great apartment over Easter with our 14 and 10 year old sons. We had a lovely relaxing break. The apartment is famtastic and well equipped with everything you need, only a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the gorgeous marina. Francisco was brilliant , very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it. We hope to book again for next year!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist auch an kühlen und regnerischen Tagen gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Sehr bequeme Betten! Die Klimaanlage in Wohnraum und Schlafräumen sorgt für Wärme an kalten Tagen. Schöne große Terrasse und schöner Garten mit dahinter liegenden Pools ( s. Fotos ). Francisco ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der uns sowohl vor Anreise als auch während unseres Aufenthalts mit vielen Informationen bestens versorgt hat. Wir haben uns nett mit ihm unterhalten. Die Wohnung und auch die Residenz können wir für einen Urlaub an der Süd/Ostküste sehr empfehlen.

Une semaine de rêve dans l’appartement de Francisco

L’appartement de Francisco a tout ce que vous pouvez attendre pour une superbe escapade Majorquine ! Non seulement, il est très bien situé (Cala Egos), tout est à portée de main, mais le complexe (et les piscines !) est très agréable, très fleuri et absolument rien ne manque dans l’appartement ! Et je ne parle pas du jardin, de la terrasse et du bbq ! Tout était top et la superbe météo n’a rien gâché ! Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet es hat alles was man braucht. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen und hat verschiedene Pools. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man wunderschöne Strände besuchen. Zu Fuss sind zwei kleinere Buchten zu erreichen und den Hafen mit zahlreichen Restaurants. Franzisco ist sehr nett und hat alles gut erklärt.

Francisco ist ein sehr lieber Vermieter. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei Dir. Er hat sich sehr um alles gekümmert und uns Tips für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. In der Wohnung haben wir nichts wirklich vermisst. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Einzig das salzige Leitungswasser stört ein wenig, da man sich einen Wasservorrat für Kaffee, Kochen und Zähneputzen besorgen muss. Mallorca in der Wintersaison ist traumhaft schön, angenehm warm und vor allem ruhig.
