The Complex consists of 30 privately owned bungalows around a large pool and each property is managed by its owner. We have a Vv license which enables us to rent our property legally. All communication with the owner will provide you with all the information you will need for a very comfortable stay.
A superb well furnished 1 bedroom bungalow set in a magnificent lawned Community garden with palm trees, shrubs and a large swimming pool. The property is situated on Estrella Del Mar in the town of Corralejo with a bus terminal 100 meters from the Complex. The property can be accessed by bus from the airport and services all the major tourist spots. The Estrella Del Mar Complex is in an up-market quiet area of Corralejo just 3 minutes from the sea and beach, 3 minutes to the Campanario centre with all the necessary shops and amenities and a 10 minute walk to the town Main Street. There is ample parking outside the Complex either on the Main Street of Avenidas Grandes Playas, or in the cul-de-sac at the rear entrance. There's is also a small car park outside the 3rd entrance to the site.
Estrella Del Mar is an oasis of tranquility with 30 bungalows set around a swimming pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. The Complex can be accessed via 3 entrances which are security gated with digital coded for access. The bungalow is semi detached and its entrance faces the swimming pool and all the gardens and has a South facing aspect with full sun. The pool has a child safety barrier around it and one shallow end. No diving is allowed. 4 communal showers are situated by the pool. There are pool loungers available around the pool and can be taken to your patio during the day but must be returned to the pool are area at the end of the day.
FACILITIES
Lounge - the lounge has a sofa which converts to a sofa bed, chairs, sideboard, UK TV, internet access with private WiFi to the bungalow, radio, DVD player. There is also a ceiling fan and warm lighting around the room. There is a dining table with 2 chairs and is suitable for 2 adults.
Kitchen - the kitchen is fitted and has an oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, washing machine,toaster, sandwich maker, slow cooker, ample utensils, crockery, glasses, cookware etc. Ther is an iron and ironing board. Ther is also a fire alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher in the room.
Dining- the dining area is situated by the breakfast bar in the lounge.
Bathroom - the bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, bidet and storage cupboard.
Bedroom- the bedroom has twin beds with good mattresses, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. It has a ceiling fan and air conditioning has recently been installed in the bedroom. There is a security safe for storing your valuables in the wardrobe. There is also a hair dryer.
Safety features - the main entrance has a dead lock key entrance, a security key pad outside the bungalow for your bungalow key, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, security guards to all windows, exterior lighting.
Patio - the patio has a table and 4 chairs for outside dining, a clothes dryer and patio umbrella.
General- all bed linen and towels are provided. Subsequent weeks stay will have a change of bedding and towels. Tea towels are provided and a hand towel for the kitchen. There are some beach towels. Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalow and pets are not allowed. There are site rules which must be adhered to and these are displayed on the site noticeboard.
Although the site is accessible for wheel chairs, the interior of the bungalow is not suitable for wheel chair use. The price per week is inclusive of all amenities as mentioned with no added cost.
Check-in is usually after noon and check-out by 10:00. Please consult with the owner about times if they are not suitable.
