Enjoy our newly renovated home, bright and sunny rooms throughout, and a fun family room in the basement. Each room is thoughtfully decorated with a combination of antiques and comfortable new furnishings.The kitchen is well appointed with new stainless appliances and beautiful granite countertops. Everything you could want, even for the most gourmet cook. The bath has a dazzling new floor to ceiling tiled shower with a lovely freestanding glass enclosure. Sleep the night away on new Tempur-Pedic mattresses, a variety of fresh pillows to choose from and new, fresh linens. Also, enjoy brand new, digital, remote control air conditioning in each room to make you cool when the days get hot. You can enjoy the out of doors, swinging on the front porch swing, sitting on the back porch at the cafe table with a newspaper and coffee, resting around the fire pit with seating for 6 or relax in the hot tub with seating for 6. My favorite room is the basement, with a large egress window to let in plenty of light. Or wait until nighttime and turn on the fairy lights, relax on the couch and curl up for a movie. It is a one of a kind, spectacular property. Don't miss it!

We would love to host you downtown in the heart of Colorado Springs. This lovely, sunny cottage built in 1920, is located in the Historic District just north of Colorado College and Downtown. Jump on bikes and ride the numerous trails nearby, or use the cruisers that are provided and ride downtown to great restaurants, venues and take in beautiful Pikes Peak. The Old North End is a great walking neighborhood with great sidewalks, biking and a wonderful community feel. It is central to everything you could ever want see in Colorado Springs: The USAFA, The Cheyenne Mtn. Zoo, Broadmoor, Manitou Springs, Downtown, hiking, exploring and just relaxing.

Charming Bungalow

We had a great stay! A charming place to relax at the end of the day - beautifully decorated - and we really enjoyed the hot tub. A quiet location, but only a few minutes drive to get groceries or go out to eat.

Great House, Convenient Location!

We stayed here with poem family members for our son's graduation from CC. We very much enjoyed out stay in this quaint, well designed and well appointed cottage! Location was great, quiet neighborhood, close to amenities like grocery and a fantastic liquor store, as well as CC and downtown. Recommend!

Bungalow at its best!

Communication with Caren was amazing. She checked in every few days to be sure we had everything we needed. Perfectly situated in the old North end of downtown Colorado Springs, this lovely home was close to Shooks run trail and the beautiful Monument creek trail. We walked each morning by the beautiful historic homes that surround this quaint home! This house has everything needed for the perfect getaway!

Weekend Getaway

This property was a perfect place to stay for an extended weekend. Within a 15 min drive of everything we wanted to do. We were able to bring our dog, she enjoyed being able to run in the backyard and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The house was cozy and so clean. We loved the character of all the furniture.

Cozy Home

We loved our vacation here with our two little dogs! It was so cute and cozy and felt like home. We were close to many dog friendly parks/hikes. The house location is close to many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast spots, and hikes! We can’t wait to come back again!

great home with hot tub in colorado springs

we had a very nice stay in colorado springs in the vrbo we rented. the property manager had everything needed for our comfort -- good beds, well-supplied kitchen if we would have wanted to cook, comfortable living room to relax in, washer and dryer. great neighborhood, as most of the residents took pride in their yards.

Perfect location

The location of this home is perfect for exploring the area. This home is cute and well equipped. The only downside was that the bed was too soft for our liking, and the bed that seemed a bit firmer didn’t have air conditioning (and it was HOT during our stay), but after the first night we were able to sleep well. We would stay here again if we came back to Colorado Springs!

Quaint, convenient cottage

We had a great time at this cottage - very comfortable and convenient to everything in CS. Loved the secure parking and space for our dog - and so nicely manicured too! Lack of central AC meant we slept with windows open. the 2 window units did help too, and we were very comfortable. Also a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Just like home

So beautiful and cozy. Caren takes amazing care of the house and of her guest. She decorated the house for Christmas and we loved it! Plenty of things to do with games, hot tub, and bikes. I would totally recommend this place!

A great place for a relaxing getaway

This house had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked and we loved cooking meals together and unplugging. Although the tvs worked well and internet connection was great, we found many other screen free things to do also! Only issue is the BRIGHT light at the neighbors house that stays on all of the time and is blinding while using the hot tub.

Clean and Cozy Colorado Springs Retreat

This was the most beautiful property I’ve rented over years of renting personally owned homes! It was clean, had so many personal touches (home manual/rule/recommendation book, front porch swing, coffee bar, beer glasses in the freezer, mood lighting/scented air dispenser, gas fire place, etc.) It also offered laundry with detergent and dryer sheets, luxury shower, and coffee shops and food in a short walking distance from the home! My husband and I rented this unit during our honeymoon, and did not want to leave this beautiful home and quaint area!! We will definitely be back and would rent from this owner any time!

Bad Windows No Cable

The home was okay but very loud . The windows were old single pane and the loud road noise and neighbors sounded like they were in our bedroom. The host cancelled the cable because it was too expensive so we caught up on 30 year old TV . The hot tub was not clean so we did not use it . The floors were so squeaky getting up in the middle of the night was a cry to everyone to wake up . The previous renters laundry was not complete so the host wanted to finish the laundry after we had just drove hundreds of miles and were exhausted , so we took care of the task. The home needs attention to justify the rent

Quaint, homey, comfortable

Caren was a gracious host, ready on a dime to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean and well appointed. It is small, but was fine for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and our boys loved the game room in the basement. There is only 1 shower, so that might be an issue for a larger family with more girls. However, it was not a problem for us as we all showered at different times. It is conveniently located near the USAFA which we visited often to watch our cadet during her soaring/glider rotation. There is a grocery and liquor store close by which is accessible via a bike trail near the house which we took advantage of using the awesome and very hip bikes in the garage. If you like to grill, which we do, the BBQ unit was superb. I might even have to look into getting the same brand for our home. The outdoor furniture is in great condition and my husband spent many hours out there just reading and relaxing. He also spent quite a few hours on the front porch swing with his nose in a book. The house is conveniently located within 15 minutes of local attractions such as Garden of the Gods, the cog train to Pikes Peak, SegWay tours and local area zip lines which were a blast. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Christmas at the Webster Bungalow

It is beautifully, cozy, comfortable and well stocked. Caren is a wonderful host and provided a lovely place for our family to celebrate Christmas. We look forward to coming back to Colorado Springs and will stay in the Webster Bungalow again!

We love to ski, hike, bike, and explore new areas. We are originally from Oklahoma and Florida. We would love to welcome you to Colorado Springs.

Why they chose this property

This property is just a few blocks from our own home. We love downtown living. There is no place in Colorado Springs that we would rather live. I love the history that older homes have and the original details that sometimes aren't found in newer homes. I enjoy the Clean Lines of the Arts and Crafts style and this cottage is just the right size to feel bright and open, but also cozy at the same time. It has a large yard and is very central to everything.
