Fabya is a spacious modern property situated in a quiet street by Moraira hills, it is just 5 minutes drive to the center of Moraira and its beaches. Outside, the enclosed sun patios with sea views surrounding the private pool are completed with full patio furniture, sun lounges, and a built barbecue with an American bar, perfect for a fresco meal. The wonderful views of the sea and Moraira Coastline makes this villa a lovely place to spend an unforgettable holiday.

This villa is a two-storey holiday home connected with internal stairs. From the parking place (2 cars) steps lead down to the lower floor. Entrance to the villa into a hall that gives access to a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and laundry room. From this floor, we access a nice balcony with sea views overlooking the pool area from where we access the pool and terraces and garden.

Internal steps lead us up to the large living area with TV-SAT-DVD and dining area that leads to a large balcony with amazing sea views. Fully equipped open kitchen, on the same level we find a one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a small twin bedroom and a cloakroom. All main rooms are provided with A/C units. From the lower balcony, external steps lead us down to the lovely pool area with a large private swimming pool, exotic gardens, a chill-out area, and a bar by the barbecue.

This villa also offers the possibility to enjoy the heated pool with a supplement of 200.- €/week.
