The house is in a quiet summer village located on the south-east coast of Sardinia, surrounded by the famous and numerous beaches of Villasimius.
It is a first floor apartment in a villa about 500 meters away. from the sea (visible from the house), it can accommodate up to 6 people, it is composed of a large living room, kitchen, double bedroom, a bedroom with 4 beds and a bathroom.

Una vacanza rilassante

Siamo stati in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini) in questo appartamento molto comodo e ben accessoriato. La cucina è completa di tutto e faccio i complimenti ai proprietari (Giancarlo e Rosa). La location è molto comoda perché è vicina alla spiaggia di Simius e si può andare in centro senza prendere la macchina. La zona è molto tranquilla, immersa nel verde quindi sempre ventilata e fresca e la casa ha una splendida vista mare. Si può mangiare in un curatissimo giardino completo di barbecue. Sicuramente un soggiorno all'insegna del relax. Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione fatta dai proprietari. Lo consiglio a chi vuol trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e lontana dal caos dei turisti. Cari Giancarlo e Rosa torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi. Grazie di tutto.
