Rental rules
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check-in: From 14:00 to 20:00; Checkout: 10:00
Extra costs to be paid on arrival:
Damage deposit: 400,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
Tourist Tax: 4,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
Final cleaning: 100 Euros per stay.
