Ash Lodge is a superb, detached lodge resting within Twelve Oaks Farm, on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. It houses two bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen area. To the outside, you will find off-road parking for one car and a wraparound decked area. Ash Lodge is a wonderful base for spending time with your loved ones. Note: This property cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover. Please be aware of this restriction when placing your reservation.

Town: Newton Abbot rests at the heart of The English Riviera and was once an ancient market town. Today you will find a mild climate, thriving palm trees and a selection of shops and the Hedgehog Hospital. You will also find a racecourse where National Hunt racing takes place from spring until autumn and the only working malthouses left in the UK. Close by are the coastal towns of Teignmouth and Shaldon.
