This was our last stop in our two week scotland trip and it was beautiful. Lovely setting. Very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. Our only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay.
In love the moment we arrived! Cottage had everything you needed to enjoy a meal or a cocktail on the deck. Property was prestine and being just a 10 min drive to Drymen (great pubs and places to eat) and 40 from the airport, it was a perfect country escape and showed the best parts of Scotland! Thank you for allowing us to stay. We will return!
Ross and Louise are such lovely host. Very attentive to our request, and the cottage was very clean. The town of Drymen is wonderful and our favorite pub of all time is in this town. Highly recommend the entire cottage, town and stay. Just note: the cottage has several other properties on site. It is not alone but it was very quiet and we saw little to no other people.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication
On more than one occasion we reached out to the owners to request a solution to internet being so slow it was unusable (listed as ethernet on their rental description, so should work at a useful speed). The response to our first attempt was three words to the point of "How slow is it" (effectively resolving nothing and really an irrelevant question - too slow to be useful). So, we sent a screenshot of the speed and a follow-up message. to which we received NO reply at all. Not a word. We lost money (cancelled consults with clients) and much time trying to make use of the internet. No response. No "truth in advertising." Very frustrating. While the location is pleasant and the property comfortable, the absence of assistance from owners made for a poor experience.
The cottage is beautifully decorated, clean and charming. It’s in a lovely quiet location but easy 40 min walk into the nearest village and pubs. Property managers were quick to respond to any questions and helpful.
