Ideally located in the heart of the Hautes Alpes in the Durance valley in the village of La Roche de Rame between Ecrins and Queyras, this brand new and charming apartment will welcome you with all the necessary facilities ... large garden, swimming or hiking in a grand nature at your fingertips.
At 150 meters from a lake where swimming is supervised, the water in summer is 23 degrees.
All winter sports (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice rink ..) and summer sports (swimming, swimming in live water, kayaking, rafting, walking, climbing ..) are a few meters, even a few kilometers.
Trade 300 meters away, bread delivery possible every morning.
Briançon and its Vauban fortifications classified as UNESCO heritage are located 20 kms away.

Angenehm kühl

Wir hatten täglich über 38 Grad Celsius Außentemperatur und waren sehr froh, dass die Ferienwohnung mit ihren dicken Mauern, konstant 22 Grad Temperatur gehalten hat. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Badesee, gleich in der Nähe, mit seinen Bäumen, von denen man ins Wasser springen kann wunderbar zum Schwimmen geeignet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Heel fijn verblijf met veel ruimte rond het chalet. Alleen jammer dat internet faalde in de tweede week. De eigenaar beloofde dit op korte termijn op te lossen met een veel betere box.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans ce gîte,, spacieux pour 2 personnes, agréable, calme avec un grand extérieur herbeux pour notre compagnon à 4 pattes , ( il s’est même fait des copines). Le lac à 5 mn à pied et un petit plan d’eau à La Chapelle un peu plus loin, autorisé aux chiens. Un accueil chaleureux de Muriel……. Bref …..le top à recommander sans hésitation..

Nous avons passé 15 jours inoubliables dans cette très belle région qu'est le Queyras.

15 jours de vacances en famille (nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 adolescents de 15 et 13 ans) avec des étoiles plein les yeux Cette région est calme, reposante et le logement est tout simplement idéal...Il est propre, très bien équipé, fonctionnel, un grand terrain et surtout proche du lac pour se baigner quand on le souhaite...et idéalement situé pour découvrir, visiter où randonner ..Vraiment nous vous le recommandons pour passer d'excellentes vacances...que du bonheur et le voisinage est très charmant....Une famille Normande.... ravie de son séjour et qui reviendra, c'est sûr

Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Es war einfach wieder schön. Der Garten ist großzügig. Das alltägliche Leben mitten unter französischen Nachbarn. Frankreich pur und wieder viele tolle Erfahrungen.

Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem großen Garten. Das Haus hatte alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Auch die Nachbarn Waren sehr nett. Der See ist klein, aber sehr schön. Man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten am See. Der Strand ist sehr sauber. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tout simplement parfait

Appartement propre, spacieux et confortable, équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour d'une semaine comme le nôtre. Grand jardin et confortable zone de repas en extérieur, place pour la voiture juste à côté. En bref : nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Ghila (Genève, CH) et Paolo (Rome, I)

Außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber (selbst die Decken scheinen frisch gewaschen zu sein), alles funktioniert perfekt (Internet, Heizung, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, etc.). Der Ausgangspunkt ist ideal zum Klettern in den südlichen Gebieten (Ponteil, Simoust, Ailefroide, etc.) und man kann sehr schöne Wanderungen mit geringen Anfahrtswegen unternehmen. Und es gibt einen bemerkenswerten jungen Kater, immer hungrig und von Tag zu Tag anhänglicher. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schöner Urlaub und kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette location. L'accueil s'est très bien passé (la personne qui nous a accueillis est adorable), l'appart était parfaitement propre et agréable et est en effet à 2 min du lac. De plus, cerise sur le gâteau, des voisins hyper sympas!!

Endroit bien situé pour ballades, situé près d'un lac, baignade venant à point après une randonnée. Boulanger très sympa qui passe chaque matin avec un choix de pain. Très calme, on n'entend pas la nationale qui est à 30 mètres !!

Schöne Ferienwohnung an der Durance

Ruhige Lage inmitten der Berge, Badesee fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider gibt es im Ort keine Geschäfte mehr. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet.Falls man zu viert reist ist zu beachten,das es für das Kinderbett kein eigenes Zimmer gibt.

Echter Geheim-Tipp!

Wir und unser 3 jähriger Sohn waren begeistert von der Ferienwohnung. Ein riesen großer Garten mit einem Fluss bieten genügend Platz zum spielen und zum erleben. Der See ist fußläufig zu erreichen und bietet Abkühlung. Super Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen. Kontakt war super freundlich und unkompliziert. C'este tres bien. Mercy beaucoup

Einfach nur schön - typisch französisch

Ich gebe diese Online-Bewertung bewusst in deutsch ab, um auch deutsche Interessierte für dieses Objekt zu begeistern. Es ist alles top. Eine sehr ruhige Wohnlage und trotzdem direkt am See. Da man inmitten von einheimischen Franzosen lebt und nicht in einer Wohnanlage empfinden wir diesen Urlaub als absolute Bereicherung. Top Nachbarn; lange nicht mehr so viel Französisch gesprochen. Es ist einfach nur schön und entspannend!!! Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter!

Für uns perfekt

Wir (2 kleine Kinder im Alter von 4 und 2 Jahren und unseren Hund) war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und super sauber. Das Stockbett im Durchgang hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben alle zusammen im großen Famillienbett geschlafen. Das Grundstück ist riesig und so konnten die Kinder und der Hund toll draussen spielen. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage.

Très belle et calme

The house is very commodious and very tidy and very calm, with a big garden backyards. So it is a good place for leisure and relaxing. The village centre nearby and the lake is very near. So everything is fine! The tableware is enouhg but short with four persons and only small towels are available; so it is advisable to bring large towels for showers with you. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, mit einem großen Garten dahinter. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es ist schöner Ort zur Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Lage ist zentral beim Ort und am See. Die Begrüßung durch Muriel war sehr herzlich (mit Blumen). Rundherum alles zum Besten! Das vorhandene Geschirr ist mir vier Personen etwas knapp bemessen, und es gibt nur kleine Handtücher. Es empfiehlt sich, Duschtücher mitzubringen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Gegend

Uns hat es sehr gut in La Roche de Rame gefallen. Wir waren zum Rennradfahren und wandern in der Gegend. Idealer Ausgangpunkt für beide Unternehmungen. Der schöne Badesee von La Roche de Rame ist ein Katzensprung entfernt. Der Lac de Serra Poncón ist gut erreichbar. Das Haus liegt abseits der Durchgangsstraße. Es ist mit einem riesigen Garten umgeben. Durch das Grundstück fließt ein idyllischer Bewässerungskanal. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In der Wohnung gibt es auch ein separater Abstellraum. Einzig unpraktisch fanden wir das Stockbett im Durchgang zwischen Wohn/Essbereich und Schlafzimmer, Bad.
