Cozy farmhouse to enjoy in with lovely garden.
Here you can enjoy the birds' quits and the calm of the forest.
The farm dates from the 1840s but has later been rebuilt on several occasions. The farmhouse is beautifully located just outside Staffanstorp with smaller horse farms as neighbors.
15 minutes from Malmö and Lund center,
20 minutes from Skånska beaches Ribersborg, Lomma and Bjärred, 30 minutes from Skanör-Falsterbo and Höllviken.
Neighbor with open countryside and close to Bokskogen, 15 minutes.
The farmhouse comprises four bedrooms upstairs with windows looking out onto a wonderful greenery. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, in the second two bedrooms there is a single bed, in the third room there is a sofa bed.
The farmhouse has a spacious well-equipped kitchen. Dining room with six seats and fireplace.
