Townhome 6 in Springdale, at Zion National Park

Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Everything you need for a Zion adventure

We stayed in this townhome for 2 nights while visiting Zion. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you could need available. The grocery store is right across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very close to park entrance. Recommend this place highly!

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was as listed- great location - grocery across the street, shuttle stop very close, clean, up to date, great amenities and comfortable beds. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect!

This was a perfect place to stay for our short week visiting Zion. Clean and easy parking right in the middle of quaint Springdale, we were able to walk to most places. No complaints!

Clean, walkable, less than a mile to the Zion Park entrance, and plenty of food options close by. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this location to any small group looking to visit Zion.

Perfect location for seeing Zion

This property is nicely appointed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location listing and pictures accurately describe the property. The owner is very communicative and promptly resolved an unexpected mechanical issue that arose. The view from the property's balcony is great - right outside Zion National Park. The park shuttle is a very short walk and a great way for stress-free park viewing. Springdale is an adorable town enjoyable to walk and dine in. All in all, a great stay.

Perfect in every way

Perfect spot to stay while exploring Zion (other than in the park presumably). Townhouse is nicely done and had plenty of room for us and our two teenage boys. Kitchen well appointed and best of all, the views! Convenient to shopping, restaurants and shuttle stop. Can’t find even one little negative thing to say.

Great place to stay near Zion National Park.

The property was exactly as listed, very clean and comfortable. We stayed in unit 6 and the views were over the top. We were very close to the supermarket and two great restaurants (Meme's Cafe and Oscars). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Springdale.

Zion was our first Park stop. Townhouse was in a great location for access to the park. Unit was very clean and well supplied. Except it could use a few more wine glass for us winos!

Zion trip

Perfect place to stay for Zion trip. The views from the unit are breathtaking. Easy to catch the bus into the park. Restaurant are close by, but we made dinner in the unit. Had all the cooking and serving utensils we needed. Worked good for our family but with a bathroom attached to each bedroom it would work for two couples. Would book again.

Great Location, Views, Property

This was our first stop on our Mighty 5 Tour and the nicest of the properties we stayed at. They provided not only sheets and towels but also shampoo, conditioner, soaps, laundry detergent and most importantly, coffee! While it slept 5 of us, it would be better for just 4 adults. That is, if you planned to spend time indoors. But why would you with the gorgeous surroundings?? Pros: location, views, modern appliances/finishes, well appointed, extra half bath, views, two decks, ceiling fans, views You are close to a grocery store, some great restaurants, and a shuttle you can ride to Zion to avoid paying $30 to park. Cons: gonna have to be real picky here… too many cleaning fragrances. The only complaint was that the air freshener and laundry detergents were highly perfume-y and didn’t pair well.

This townhouse was perfect for our family of 4. It is beautiful, clean and incredibly close to Zion. We often hiked early in the morning, returned to the townhome for lunch, and then went back into the park. Matt was incredibly responsive and accommodated a special request. The best market in town is directly across the street and amazing restaurants are within walking distance. We will for sure stay here again when we visit Zion in the future.

Nice new townhome, close to Zion!

Very clean townhome which seemed recently built. Overall the location was great - walking distance to a market, restaurants, etc. and very close to the Zion park entrance. Downside of location was that we found it to be a bit more noisy than we anticipated with trucks and road noise in the morning, though it's difficult to know whether it was just bad timing. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay; would be happy to stay here again.
