The beginnings of the property date back to 1931, although recently it was completely renovated respecting its identity and retaining some original elements.

Casa Maria has a total of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, a fabulous patio with barbecue, a roof terrace with panoramic views of the entire town of Ferreries, and a laundry room.

The house is distributed on three levels plus the roof. On the ground floor we find the living room that gives access to the patio, the dining area, the kitchen, a toilet and the laundry room.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom that has a bathtub and shower. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds, both with their respective fitted wardrobes.
On the second floor we find two other double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The first room has an extra large double bed and the second room has two single beds.
From this floor you can access the fabulous roof terrace that has incredible views of the entire town. Covered with artificial grass, this area is ideal for use as a solarium and to relax enjoying the Menorcan landscape.

Casa Maria has Smart TV, international channels and free Netflix service available to customers. It has Internet connection and free WiFi, Radio, CD and DVD player, library area and board games. The property has air conditioning on all levels of the house. It also has a safe in each of the two double rooms.

The town has all the necessary services and a wide range of restaurants a few meters from the house. A few meters walk from the property are bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, butchers and fishmongers, a medical center, taxi and bus stop, hairdressers etc.

Ferreries is located just 7km from the prestigious beach of Cala Galdana and a few kilometers from the rest of the beaches, towns and countless places of interest that the island has.
