There are great walks, close-by fishing lakes, vineyards, and the Town of Ledbury and the City of Hereford. The location is quiet (though, this is the countryside, so expect sheep coughing and cows mooing!), ambient and beautiful, with outdoor BBQ area, large lawn and open space and a private drive. The house and grounds are suitable for couples and families (with kids). The house was originally the tied cottage attached to the surrounding farmland and was converted in the 1970s.

A lovely peaceful location (occasional train in distance but barely noticeable). We just used the house as a base for a family wedding so didn't get to use it much or explore the immediate area.
The house was just as described. The kitchen could do with an update but it was perfectly functional and well equipped.
Paul could not have been more helpful and accomdating. He responded very quickly and helpfully to my many questions !
The cottage was beautiful, and had the wow factor on arrival. Although overall, the property was welcoming, a little more effort making the outdoor sitting space tidy and clean would have been appreciated, given that it was a warm weekend and we spend most of our time there. The outdoor table needed wiping clean and there were several empty neglected pots, some with randoms bits in that gave the space a neglected feel. There were also only 6 chairs, for a house with 4 double rooms. Other than that, a great place.
We really enjoyed our stay in this home which was full of character and interest in its books, pictures and ornaments. The garden was lovely between the sheep field and the orchard - very peaceful. The house was well equipped, spacious and comfortable . A relaxing place.
Good accommodation. Plenty of space and comfort in the lounge. Bedrooms and bathrooms good. Kitchen utensils and crockery need up-grading with more uniform plates and dishes. Not enough pans, knives and forks. Plenty of glasses.
