About this property

Enjoy a well dissevered family getaway at the Wyndham Patriots’ Place resort situated about a mile from Williamsburg’s historical area, and enjoy pools, basketball, playgrounds, picnic area with bbq grills and more. Just in time for spring, a new whirlpool is scheduled for completion by March 2020.

With such famous "William & Mary" events that will keeping you coming back year round, there is no shortage of activities only minutes away; wine/brewery tours, mystery/haunted dinner, opera house, historical Williamsburg tours or Yorktown beaches with its tours, shopping and restaurants only 20 minutes up the road.

We own both 2 bedroom condos here that sleep either 6 or 8. We will assign your specific condo based upon availability and the number of guest you enter. For example, if there are 5 in your party, we may assign the condo that sleeps 6. Of course if there are 7 or 8 in your party, then we will only assign the 2br which sleeps 8.

As Wyndham owners we can book any resort, worldwide for you. We hope to host your vacation today and tomorrow, and feel free to reach out to us for anything you may need.

Just what we needed

This property had plenty of space for my family. My daughters (8 & 9) enjoyed having their own space, including a bathroom. Location was perfect, easy drive to all attractions and community pool was a nice relief after such hot days.

Great stay

Stayed with our 4 kids (20-12) for a soccer tournament/ vaca weekend). Check in was a tad slow but smooth. Accommodations were larger than anticipated.

Fun times in the Historic Triangle

The property is wonderful and our kids had a blast! We could sneak in some history and then come home to mini golf, a heated pool, coin-less arcade etc. It is very popular with families, so it can be a little loud but the management was very responsive to our requests. Also, they give you a hard sell about attending some breakfast where they try to sell you property. We ended up not going, but it wasn't convenient to get out of it. Other than that, we had an amazing visit and would recommend the property

It was PERFECT for us!

Hamilton was great to work with, and everything was easy. I was nervous because this was our first VRBO. There was some confusion on our rooms at the front desk, but once everything was figured out and we entered our rental - we were extremely thrilled! Clean, roomy, well-equipped kitchen, nice furniture, lovely pool, free DVD rentals, washer and dryer in our unit were all enjoyed by our family! The unit we rented was a large 1 BR unit attached to a 1 BR efficiency. There were three couples plus a child. We had a large queen master suite with large private bathroom, a queen bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in a small living room with kitchenette with a separate door for privacy, a full kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with another queen sleeper sofa, plus an additional bathroom. This was a perfect arrangement for our family. Everyone had their privacy and their own tv. We will definitely request this unit the next time we vacation in the area.

Patriots Place in Williamsburg

Our interaction via text and email with the host was excellent. Accommodations were quite nice. We wondered if the attempt to save energy with the hot water heating actually cost more money in the end because we had to run the water a long time to get hot water - and then while the hot water was running, it would turn cold. The staff responded to our needs quickly when we called. We did not appreciate the high pressure tactics of the time share presentation which was to take 90 min but we were there 3 hours. The design of the bathroom sinks was challenging - the sink had too much counter top between it and the edge of the counter, could hardly reach the sink. The staff were very friendly.

A wonderful condo in Williamsburg VA!

We have had many vacations in Williamsburg VA and have stayed in Patriots Place before. We love this location because it is convenient to all of the restaurants and attractions. The unit that we stayed in is perfect for two. It does have a pullout sofa that could accommodate 4. The kitchen was furnished with all of the essentials needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place to stay!

I spent 5 days with family at this property and it suited our needs perfectly. It was located close to everything, and the townhouse had everything we needed. It is in a quiet location. The only things that would have made it better is a pool just for adults, and walking paths.
