Parking: Parking included. Space No 15 in underground communal car park. 
Family facilities:  Not provided but can be hired.  
Pets:  No pets allowed, sorry.
General:  Central heating.  Electricity and gas included in rent.
Important notes:  No smoking, no pets, coin operated launderette on site, WiFi provided.
Changover Day:  Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure - 10:00am.
