Huge pool, spa, pool table, 2 wet bars, large fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Plenty of seating for family and friends. Sleeping: Master-1 king bed, Bedroom 2- 2 queen beds, Bedroom 3- King bed, Bedroom 4- King bed, Bedroom 5- king bed, Bedroom 6- King bed, 2 fireplaces, fire pit in yard, 2 car garage, 35'Rv garage and plenty of off street secluded boat/car parking. Family get together

We loved this place!!! It was so clean and well stocked. The property manager was very accommodating making checkin easy. The location was great making it easy to boat on the lake. There was so much to do in the house but we really were outside most of the time enjoying the pool which had lots of floats provided. Watching the sunset from the roof was also a treat. We will definitely return!

Great Family Getaway

Beautiful house with all the amenities. The swimming pool is large and perfect for family fun after a day at the Lake. Loved playing billiards and having a “putting tournament” with the group. Super fun house!

We loved the house and the pool was amazing! The kitchen had pretty much everything you need. Kelli was so nice and accommodating! Watching the 4th of July fireworks from the roof was amazing. The rooms are spacious and it was great to have so many bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again! Lovely home!

We’ve stayed in several homes in Havasu over the years and this one was far and away the best one yet! Very spacious for our large family group, very well equipped and very clean! The host was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Overall, we had a great week in this beautiful home.

LHC REUNION

The property is like your own private Resort. Kelli was extremely helpful. Part of the family grew up in LHC. Commented how nice the property was. Spent time on the water, but mostly at the property.

The kitchen was well equiped. The bar had all the wine and martini glasses needed for a large group. Kingsized beds in every bedroom were all comfortable. Backyard pool, hot tub, gas firepit, barbecue and tiki torces made for a great gathering space. We watched the sunset from the topdeck every night sharing cocktaiis and the views of the lake. We would definetly book this home again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing stay. The house was very clean, with lots of amenities and perfect for a little family get together! The hostess was very helpful and made it very easy to check in and out. Hoping the home will be available again in the future when we come back :)

This place was amazing! It was as beautiful as the pictures. The outside pool area was like staying at the best resort, the view from up top was spectacular and the house had many great amenities. Will definitely come back.

Couldn't imagine a better place to get all our children, their significant others, and our grandchildren together in the same place. A great week four our family! The house was great, the pool was awesome and golf, disc golf, boat rentals a short distance away. Something for everyone!

This home is clean, beautiful and spacious. The size of this home accommodated our large family group. I liked that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was great and we loved the view at sunset looking out over Havasu. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing property! Gorgeous home! Stunning views! Wonderful pool, relaxing hot tub & bubbling fountains! This property is unbelievable. We had a personal check-in & quick property tour which was very helpful & informative. Check-out was a breeze. The home is extremely clean, quiet & comfortable. Every detail is in place. Very spacious & beautifully furnished inside & out. The pool & outdoor areas are incredible! We spent the majority of our time outside in the pool area, relaxing under the palm trees. The landscaping is a work of art. The views are just breathtaking & we especially enjoyed the unobstructed, stunning sunsets from the rooftop patio. It was perfect, perfect, perfect! We are looking forward to another stay here again soon! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Wonderful

We had a family reunion and loved our stay. The communication with the Host could not have been better. The kitchen was well stocked, the large family room was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, and there was ample parking. We especially enjoyed the backyard as it felt like we had our own private resort. Overall an excellent stay and experience.

This home was beyond amazing!! Kelli was great!! She met us and gave us a tour of the house. We had a party of eight in including teenagers and they did not want to leave. This place is definitely on our list to go again!! Absolutely 💯

Beautiful property, perfect for family.

We rented the house so that we could attend a family reunion nearby. I was joined by my 3 kids, their spouses and kids. Each family had a lovely "suite" of sorts. And I was in the room with direct access to the pool. We loved spending time together. The pool is lovely and so great for the whole family.

Havasu Family Vacation

This is a lovely property. The pictures are a true representation of the property, which is wonderful. Lots of room and well stocked. The pool is fun to float around in after a day on the water. There is a nice big garage to put your vehicle in so it doesn't get hot sitting in the sun. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which helps keep the place clean and tidy. The TV is easy to use. Couldn't be nicer.
