The air-conditioned open plan living area with lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen overlooks the solarium and swimming pool and leads to the rear games room with ping-pong table and table football.
A corridor leads to three bedrooms (the Master bedroom, bedroom 2 and bedroom. 3, as described below); on the other side of the living area is the 4th bedroom.
The side lawn provides a great place to enjoy some quiet moments whilst appreciating those beautiful views.
Being in Calheta, the location combines a sunny area with Madeira countryside, yet is within walking distance of facilities, and only a short drive of under 5 minutes to Calheta beach and resort.

It is 3.7 Km (less than a 5-minute drive) to the resort town of Calheta, with its man-made golden sandy beach. Here you will, find a selection of cafés, restaurants, a larger supermarket, the marina (boat trips can be arranged), banks and a chemist.
A 5-minute drive will take you to either of the two surfing meccas of Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar, at sea level and with trendy café-bars (try the caipirinhas and mojitos).
Funchal is an easy 40-minute drive and the airport less than 50 minutes along the motorway.

Booking Notes
The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 300€ is required in cash upon arrival.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made and an additional cost will apply.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.
The minimum stay is 07 nights.
The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented for all arriving visitors on or after 01 October 2024 across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities.
This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person.
Your accommodation is responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality.

If you have a car and are driving to your villa or apartment, please follow these instructions. Using GPS will take you via old and less easy roads and unusual locations:
Leaving the airport take the motorway (Via Rápida) West in the direction of Funchal and after this to Ribeira Brava. Travel for 34. Km.
When you reach the end of the motorway (approximately 35 minutes) keep on the right hand lane and follow the signs to Ribeira Brava – Ponta do Sol.
The slip road will lead you to a roundabout. Take the first exit to Ribeira Brava and drive towards the sea for 1,4Km. You will reach another roundabout. Take the 1st exit into the tunnel and you will now carry on for 3,9Km until you reach the roundabout of Ponta do Sol.
At the end of the tunnel you will reach another roundabout; take the 2nd exit , signposted Ponta do Sol and drive through another tunnel. At the end, carry on along the coastal road and you will enter another tunnel. At the end, carry on along the coastal road and you will enter another tunnel.
At the end of this tunnel you will come to the roundabout of Ponta do Sol; on the left you will find a petrol station and mini market. Take the 2nd exit into the next tunnel and drive for 2,8Km.
At the end of the tunnel, at the roundabout, turn sharp right into the next tunnel (signposted Calheta).
At the roundabout (1,6Km), take the first turn-off, signposted to Calheta, drive through the next tunnel for 1,8Km.
Reaching the next roundabout, take the second exit following signs to Calheta and through another tunnel until you reach the Calheta roundabout (2,5Km).
Go straight across (2nd exit), signposted Prazeres (don’t turn left into Calheta) and enter a further tunnel, driving for 2,3Km.
Reaching the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit, signposted Paul do Mar/Farmácia/Parque Empresarial da Calheta.
Carry on for approximately 400 metres; you will pass a Supermarket and then the road bends right and then left, and, at the next bend to the right you will find the first right turn-off to the right, uphill. Turn right uphill; CalhetaScape is the first gate on the right, number 8.
