The Gray Room x2 Sallustiano Guest House

The Sallustiano Guest House is located on the first floor of an elegant period building with a lift, carefully maintained and consists of 5 private rooms, an interesting aspect if you travel in company, but you always want to have your own privacy. The Elegant Gray Room has a double bed, a wardrobe, TV, desk, mini fridge and a private bathroom.
The kitchen and laundry are spaces shared with the other rooms and are equipped with all the necessary services to offer you a truly comfortable stay.
The kitchen area has a stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine - everything you need to prepare a small breakfast and warm up your food.
The laundry room has washer and dryer.
Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (each room is equipped with its own fan coil), independent heating, cot for babies (available on request)

The entire room is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
