Although situated away from the tourist masses and mostly frequented by locals, the Rialto district is only a 20-minute walk away, while Campo Santa Margherita, one of Venice’s most vibrant squares with its student-frequented bars and cafés, is just a 10-minute walk.

Notes:
The sofa bed in the living room is more suitable for children.
The living room is not very bright and can be slightly noisy due to pedestrian traffic from the station, whereas the bedroom is quiet.
Pets are allowed.
The third bedroom has a very tall attic space (minimum ceiling height: 0.85 m / maximum ceiling height: 2.08 m). This area is more suitable for children (8 years and older) than for adults.
