It consists of a large living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen with dining table and full equipment, security door, large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, hallway with wardrobe, iron and iron, 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and one bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe.
The cottage house is located on a seaside estate (on the beach) in the green and dense and well-groomed vegetation.
In the same estate there is a villa that shares the same entrance to the estate with the cottage house as well as the same way to the beach.
In the beautiful surroundings there is a built-in kiosk with cupboards, kitchen sink, kitchen table, table and chairs, and next to a built barbecue.
The barbeque kiosk with the table chairs and other infrastructure is for guests as well as the barbecue.
The barbecue is the only item in the property that a villager might need to use at noon.
