About this property

Palazzo del Gattopardo Prince of Lampedusa

Our apartment, just restored, is located in the heart of Palermo, in the historic center, inside the Palazzo dei Principi di Lampedusa, the birthplace of the author of "Il Gattopardo". It is located in a quiet place, although close to the heart of the nightlife, surrounded by the major museums and theaters of the city and near the Vucciria market. The house is on the ground floor and also has a communal garden and large, very quiet spaces inside the building.
Our guests can access the whole house which includes: the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room, the bedroom and the closet; outside the apartment they can enjoy the quiet of the large atrium of the building and the internal garden.

We are in a super supervised quiet neighborhood because the prefecture and the regional headquarters of the finance guard are a few steps away.
Palazzo Lampedusa is ideally located to satisfy your desire to get to know Palermo in the neighborhood called LA LOGGIA (also called CASTELLAMMARE). Unmissable visits to the Church of San Domenico, a walk along the elegant Via Roma or to the Cala, the regional archaeological museum, the Castello a Mare, the Biondo Theater. Martorana, Lo Spasimo, Palazzo Chiaramonte - Steri, Palazzo Abatellis.
It is an area very close to the opera and prose theaters, the music conservatory, the most important archaeological museum in the region, Vucciria, the Church of San Domenico which contains the remains of Falcone and his wife.
The Palace is also located near the ancient port (la Cala) and not far from the Movida clubs.
