The Sandpiper is located on the second floor and features private entrance and private outdoor seating area. The Sandpiper, is an absolutely incredible choice for your vacation or business trip.
Originally built in 1935, this home has been professionally preserved to retain the original Craftsman-style architecture and elegant 1930s character, while simultaneously upgrading it with the most modern amenities. Natural light abounds throughout the unit. Luxury furnishings include Italian leather sofas, memory foam mattresses, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. A 50” flat-screen TV with Verizon Fios service (including premium channels like HBO and Showtime) and free Wi-Fi ensure even rainy vacation days will be fun for your entire group. I was born and raised on a farm in Nebraska and moved to Madrid Spain where I lived for 10 years as a professor. My passion is understanding cultures, languages and of course working with my hands and remodeling older homes to share with fellow travelers.
