SEASIDE BUNGALOW, FABULOUS SEA VIEWS, FREE WIFI, GENEROUS DISCOUNTS ON FERRY
Seabreeze is a delightful holiday bungalow situated on the 37 acre Linstone Chine Holiday Village comfortably sleeping four people and has proudly achieved a "Certificate of Excellence" Award on Trip Advisor. Its location in the quiet back row of the flat Brambles Chine section provides unobstructed views across a large playing field to the sea, allowing children to play within view while you relax in the sun. Facing due south the sunsets are spectacular. A short walk will bring you to Colwell Bay, a wonderful sandy beach with beach cafes, shops and the famous "Hut" restaurant.
Unlike most properties on Brambles Chine which were built in the 1970s, Seabreeze. stands out as a larger, far newer design, being built in 2007 to a higher specification, and it's also unique as there are no properties built directly in front or to the rear and as such enjoys a higher degree of privacy.
Seabreeze consists of an open plan lounge / dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a 4ft 6" double bed and the second with twin 3ft beds and this room also has its own washbasin. Both bedrooms have their own patio doors which lead out to a secluded rear patio and garden. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for a small supplement.
If you prefer not to use your car, there is a regular bus service a short walk from the site which you can use to travel around the island.
For your added convenience there is a coin operated launderette on the site.
Freshwater village is within a few minutes drive away where there are a variety of shops, banks, library, pub, supermarkets and a Leisure Centre which has an indoor heated swimming pool. Horse riding is nearby and also a golf course.
There is a children's play area across the field with new play equipment for the 2019 season. There's also crazy golf, 9 hole pitch and putt, grass tennis court and a football pitch for children.
The property is ideal for couples and also families and is set in an ideal location to explore the island.
Travelling with Red Funnel Ferries is the cheapest ferry route and I have negotiated very special rates with them for my guests. If you wish to travel with Wightlink Ferries I am able to offer a 20% discount for guests, please enquire.

Although we live by the sea in West Sussex we love holidays on the Isle of Wight and holiday there ourselves several times a year. We always return from the island feeling refreshed and relaxed with lots of wonderful, happy memories, and always look forward to our next visit to the island. We have been going to the island for many years now and it feels like our second home.
Why they chose this property
Seabreeze is in a fantastic, quiet location which is not overlooked and has wonderful sea views and is only a short stroll to the beach. It's great if you have children as you can sit outside and watch them play but equally great and quiet for couples.
