It offers access to the beach, and the golf course of Pen-Guen is 1 km away from Saint-Cast. The apartment is located in an old Celtic Art Déco hotel (1927) transformed into an apartment building. This duplex apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of an old dining room, so it offers a splendid view over the sea and the islands towards Saint Malo. Renovated from 2012 to 2013, the apartment offers a comfortable and functional place for your holiday.
In the residence, you will find two tennis courts available on clay (subject to a fee, possibility of lessons), a ping-pong table, and a shaded park with a playground for children.
100m away, on the beach, there is a sailing school (catamarans, wind surfing and kayak) and a beach club for children.
300m away, the golf course of Saint Cast offers you its 18 holes in a undulating ground. A bit further in the distance, the equestrian centre offers riding trips.

sejour très agréable

tout s'est très bien passé dans ce logement idéalement placé, et très bien fourni en équipements. on se sent comme chez soi. vue parfaite tous les matins sur la mer, et les ados ravis de pouvoir y aller à pieds ou de profiter de la table de ping pong. cerise sur le gateau une bdthèque très complète pour les amateurs. nous serons ravis d'y revenir pour de prochains congés

Location bien située MAIS pas de place pour s'installer dans la cuisine, le séjour et la chambre. Beaucoup trop d’éléments encombrent cet appartement et empêchent un nettoyage efficace.

Très bon séjour au Celtic

Location très sympathique dans un cadre idyllique. Il y a une vue magnifique sur la mer, beaucoup de commodités et du calme. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé et nous sommes ravis. Une petite suggestion tout de même : ce serait formidable s'il y avait une chaise haute ! Location que je recommande vivement en tout cas.

Appartement fonctionnel, mais vieillissant, bénéficiant d’une belle vue. Kate est très arrangeante. A noter : la facture d’électricité est envoyée après la fin de la location (nous avons payé 8€ pour 2 jours en ayant très peu consommé de chauffage).

sympatique malgré quelques désagréments

très bel emplacement, hôtesse arrangeante, et vue superbe! - cependant, attention les matelas sont à renouveler car hyper mous, et nos dos ont trop soufferts! - de plus l'étage des chambres était très poussiéreuses avec une odeur de vielle moquette, impossible à éradiquer malgré fenêtre ouverte et diffusion d' huiles essentielles ; dommage! nous n'y retournerons pas pour ces 2 raisons sinon tout est super pratique, cuisine, salle de bain, etc...

Très bien situé en face de la plage. Vue superbe. Immeuble de caractère et assez atypique pour une location. L’appartement est bien équipé et on s’y sent bien....Kate nous a très bien accueillis.

Le point fort est l'admirable vue sur la baie de Pen Guen depuis l'appartement. Celui-ci est agréable. Seuls problèmes : une fuite d'eau sur le lave-vaisselle et un lit en mauvais état.

I am a 50-year-old engineer. My wife does not work and is dedicated to volunteers and artistic activities. We have three grown-up sons and a 9-year-old daughter.
We live in Paris and spend the weekend in a family house at Orléans.

Why they chose this property

We have come to The Celtic for 25 years and have rented this apartment for several years before the owner offered to sell it to us.
Because of the unobstructed view, the ideal location right next to the beach, and the ease use, we have decided to acquire it as tertiary residence for us, our children, and our future grand children.
The previous owner rented it, and we decided to do the same for the periods when we did not occupy it.
