Sehr schöne Ferien

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien. Das Haus, die Lage und auch die Vermieter sind topp. Die Umgebung ist toll und das waren nicht unsere letzten Ferien in der Gegend. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Ruhe an der Cote Sauvage

Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen und schönen Aufenthalt an der Cote Sauvage. Das Haus ist ca. 100m Luftlinie vom Meer entfernt am Ende einer Sackgasse in einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir hatten Freude an der sehr guten Tischtennisplatte, die recht windgeschützt hinter dem Haus liegt. Vom Haus ist man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Meer, in 15 Minuten am Plage Paracou und in 10 Minuten im Hafen von La Chaume. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und detailliert in alles eingewiesen (sogar in sehr gepflegtem Deutsch!) und haben sehr angenehme Gastgeber*innen erlebt.

Séjour agréable, au calme et proche de la mer

La maison est confortable, bien équipée et située dans une zone pavillonnaire très calme. Le terrain était suffisamment grand pour permettre à nos petits-enfants de jouer en toute sécurité A 5mn à pied de la mer; très appréciable Nous recommandons cette location.

très bon séjour

maison très spacieuse sans aucun vis à vis dans un environnement très calme. Maison et jardin agréables et bien entretenus. Rien ne manque dans la maison. Terrasse pour manger dehors avec barbecue, sièges et matériel de plage à disposition. seuls points négatifs : lits pas assez larges (140 ou 80), literie pas très confortables (matelas et oreillers). Un pare douche sur la baignoire serait un plus. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, il n'y a pas 2 salles de bain, simplement une petite douche dans le fond du garage pas vraiment attirante dans ce recoin... La

Sehr zufrieden.

Dadurch, dass das Haus von uns als Paar bewohnt wurde, war alles sehr grosszügig. Auch für 4 Personnen reichlich Platz. Sehr stabiles Internet. Für deutsche Gäste kein Angebot für TV. Schade. Nachrichten hätte ich gerne hin und wieder gesehen. Die Eigentümer haben wir auch kennengelernt. Waren sehr nett und besorgt um uns. Ansonsten wird das Anwesen von einer Concierge betreut,die aber auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit war. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Location maison à recommander

Excellent séjour dans cette maison familiale, spacieuse et agréable à vivre. Située dans un environnement calme et non loin de la mer, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer en famille. L'accueil par les propriétaires n'en est pas moins sympathique et ils ont été attentifs à nos demandes. C'était la deuxième expérience et comme la première fois, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse.

Sejour très agreable, location au calme et dans quartier proche de la mer.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans cette belle petite maison qui était équipée idéalement pour accueillir mes trois enfants de deux ans et demi et huit ans. Nous étions proche de toutes les commodités et l'océan était accessible à pieds ou à vélo sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Je recommande cette location

Beau séjour

Annonce en concordance avec le bien loué . Très bons rapports avec les propriétaires soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes. La maison était adaptée à nos besoins (ayant une personne à mobilité réduite) et confortable. Nous avons apprécié l'écoute des propriétaires face à nos besoins. Le quartier est vraiment tranquille et à proximité de la mer. Belles balades à faire le long de la côte sauvage. Nous aurons plaisir à y retourner.

Wonderful beach location

We have recently stayed at this rental and had a really fantastic week. Hervè and Elisabeth were perfect hosts and very helpful throughout our stay. We bumped into Hervè in town one day and he kindly went out of his way to take us to a lovely bakery. The beaches are great and all within walking distance. The ckisest (minutes away) is great for rock pools and the slightly further away ones (15 minutes or so walks) are sandy and brilliant for swimming. There is a canoeing place just 15mins drive away which was a laugh and worth squeezing in early before the heat sets in. Also the small ferry over to the larger beach at Les Sables is well worth a visit. The house itself is perfectly suited to beachy days and has sun almost all day if you find yourself at home in between, there is even a shower in the garage to rinse off. The house is quite and we had a really lovely stay. Thank you Hervè and Elisabeth.

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est spacieuse (fidèle aux photos) et très bien équipée. Il y a même tout le nécessaire pour la plage qui est mis à disposition (nombreux jouets, chaises de plage, planche de bodie-surf, etc...). La plage de rochers est à moins de 5 minutes à pieds (pour la pêche aux crabes et coquillages). Les plages de sables fin sont un peu plus loin (20 minutes à pied avec de jeunes enfants). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires.

Honnête sans plus

Trop de décalage entre le bien loué - et son tarif -, la superficie de ses pièces, son mobilier et son électro-ménager bas de gamme, sa vaisselle dépareillée, la commande de chasse d'eau devra être revue, sa literie, la douche sans rideau et celle du garage à la lumière misérable qui accueille aussi la poubelle malodorante, le tout reflétant les années 70 et notre environnement habituel : un triplex de 2008 de 300 m2 assorti d'une terrasse paysagée de 200 m2 Je ne parle pas de la pelouse tapis brosse alors qu'il existe deux tuyaux d'arrosage. Quant au ménage effectué (?) après la fermeture des volets, je ne comprends pas bien à quelle qualité il peut aboutir dans le noir. Il aura peut-être lieu plus tard. Merci néanmoins pour votre accueil et le conseil du Comptoir de la mer, excellente adresse en effet. Un autre conseil en la matière : l'atelier de Madame Mireille Peint au bout du quai George V. au pied de la tour d'Arundel. Une bonne adresse aussi : la caviste au bas du boulevard du 8 mai près du rond-point du Super U et les deux viviers voisins de Loulou qui est hélas aussi bruyant qu'une cantine de collège le Samedi soir. Une partie du séjour a été gâchée par les voisins castors et leurs nuisances sonores des perceuses, marteaux et autres outils du Lundi au Jeudi mais vous n'y êtes pour rien.

Casa gradevole, tranquilla e vicino al mare

Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana nella zona più tranquilla a Sables d'Olonne. La casa corrisponde a quanto descritto. Bel giardino. Confortevole con tante comodità, inclusi comoda doccia esterna, mobili da giardino e molto attrezzata in cucina. Consigliamo di utilizzare il letto a castello della terza camera solo per bambini. I materassi potrebbero essere più confortevoli. Giudizio finale molto positivo.

A great holiday home!

We (a family of 5 from Scotland) had a lovely stay here. The house is great – very spacious and well equipped. We ate all of our meals outside under the retractable awning. It seems unusual to have a shower in the garage but this actually works really well when returning all sandy from the beach. We all enjoyed the table tennis table and the large garden provided plenty of space for the kids. The owners, Hervé and Elisabeth, deserve special mention for being very welcoming, friendly and keen to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. They really went out of their way to help us when our daughter was suffering with an ear infection and we had to navigate the French health system. We were very grateful! In terms of location, the house is in the quieter area of La Chaume, with easy access (10 mins in car or get the small foot passenger boat across) to the main resort of Les Sables d’Olonne. The main resort beach does get very crowded (especially when the tide is in) but there are other nearby beaches to explore and a sea water open air pool with a man-made beach.

Sehr schöne Zeit!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in La Chaume und auch das Glück die sehr netten Vermieter kennenzulernen (waren zur gleichen Zeit im Ort). Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, vollständig eingerichtet (alles in Küche, Tischtennisequipment, Strandspielzeug, ...) und kontinuierlich gepflegt (gerade neue Böden in allen Schlafzimmern und frisch gestrichen). Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig, denn das Haus liegt an einer Sackstraße und das für ein Ferienhaus relativ große Grundstück liegt zurückgesetzt von der Straße. Absolut empfehlenswert sind Fahrräder (kann man in der Garage abstellen, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Restsurants / Bars erreichen und auf den schönen Radwegen nach Norden zu den Stränden hinter den Dünen gelangen). Wir kommen gern wieder!
