This lovely 60 sq.mt apartment is located on the fourth floor of a recently renovated and very quiet Roman period building, with an elevator (not suitable for the disabled), in an elegant context and in the historic center, an area well served by public transport (with the nearest metro station) and near the Colosseum: the symbol of the "Eternal City" in two steps!
Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a comfortable living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, moka, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses.
The bathroom has a shower and a bidet.
Other amenities available to guests: Unlimited Wifi, TV, central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes hanger, hair dryer.

Guest Access

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be arranged directly with the hotel and include a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24.00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
