This detached, stone annexe based on the outskirts of Ludlow, in the Shropshire Hills AONB and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
High Grove is a wonderful stone annexe based on the outskirts of Ludlow, Shropshire. It hosts one king-size bedroom, sleeping two people and a ground-floor shower room. It offers an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric woodburning stove. Outside has a patio garden with furniture. Off-road parking is available. High Grove is the perfect choice for a remote break to the Shropshire Hills. The smallholding has sheep and horses which guests are always welcome to meet, as well as the owner's friendly dogs.
Amenities: Underfloor heating, electric woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Rear patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The smallholding has sheep and horses which guests are always welcome to meet, as well as the owner's friendly dogs. Off-road parking and Ludlow is just a 10 minute drive. Being on the border of the Welsh Marshes, a day trip to Wales is also within approx a 45 minute drive. Shop 4.3 miles and pub 3.9 miles. Note: Check in is 4pm. Note: breakfast available upon request, contact owner to arrange. Note: Some limited headroom throughout property, care to be taken. Note: Due to the property being on a smallholding there are some animals roaming the area.
