Outbuilding with pool
Nice outbuilding located in Stintino, in a quiet location in the province of Sassari, spacious and suitable for up to 4 people. It is suitable for a fun and relaxing holiday with family or friends, thanks also to the large swimming pool available on site. The swimming pool is shared, if any, with the guests of the villa.
The annex and the swimming pool are protected by a gate. The swimming pool is shared with the guests of the adjacent villa. Inside you can park cars.
Management costs: € 200. They include: final cleaning, pool cleaning every other day, sheets and towels.
Supplements:
- € 10 pocket wifi
- € 25 per additional person per night
- € 200 mandatory deposit required on arrival (to cover any damage during the stay). They will be returned at the end of the stay with the return of the keys.
Electricity, gas and water are included in the rental price.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
- The tap WATER IS NOT DRINKABLE
- On alternate days, Mr. Giovanni will clean the swimming pool, which is for your exclusive use;
- A paid wifi is available at a price of € 10. 5 gb are available inside the pocket wifi. In case of traffic exhaustion it will be possible, at your expense, to add additional gigs to the tariff.
- The swimming pool is accessible from Easter week to 30 September
