Enter via your gated driveway into a wonderfully large private lawned and patio garden. The perfect area to relax and enjoy some well-earned down time. Please be aware that the garden is not 100% dog-proof.

Large sitting room with a smart TV, and sound bar, comfortable seating for 4, electric fire and French doors out onto the large patio and lawned garden, with table and chairs. Well-stocked kitchen, with dining table for 4 / 6 people.
