The 2nd floor apartment enjoys sunshine throughout the day and sits within a purpose built block on a quiet side road yet within the heart of Swanage just 50 metres from the sea front.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated and carpeted throughout with contemporary furniture and high quality bedding and linen supplied. Bath towels are also provided. There is also a hairdryer in the main bedroom. Please note there is no lift in the apartments.
The apartment has Hive controlled gas fired central heating and comprises a generous and social kitchen/diner/lounge which has a large corner sofa bed, dining table and seating to seat up to six, coffee table and TV unit. Free ultrafast broadband/WiFi is available as well as Sky Glass TV offering all of the usual free view channels plus assorted Sky channels, Apps and catch-up facility. An Echo Dot is provided for music and hopefully to answer your questions!
The kitchen area includes a washing machine, gas hob with electric oven, fridge, worktop freezer (31L), microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs and crockery you would want and expect. A selection of tea, coffee (including decaf of both), sugar, condiments, herbs, spices and cooking oils are provided for your use.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, an easy chair and a full length mirror.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, an easy chair and a full length mirror.
The modern tiled bathroom has a bath with new shower over.
There are floor standing fans available for your comfort in hotter weather.
There is also a steam iron and ironing board for your use.
Pets are welcomed (we have a dog ourselves) and we would ask that you make use of the pet blankets that are provided to cover the sofa and/or beds.
For those not planning to bring a pet, please be assured we do the housekeeping ourselves and take pride in ensuring all is spotless and specifically hairless for all of our guests.
We live nearby and are happy to assist as required during your stay.
We have a parking space for your use at a local hotel just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, however you are able to load/unload directly outside the apartment.

We are pleased to able to offer the apartment directly adjacent (the entrance doors are opposite each other), which is a near mirror image of our existing apartment. This offers the opportunity for larger groups of friends or families to stay together without being together!!
