Immaculately presented spacious country villa offering total privacy, and peace.
This is all just 30 minutes west of Malaga airport and a 25 minute drive to Marbella. Very spacious, the villa is on one level and has accommodation for 6 people. The master bedroom has a brand new ensuite bathroom and there are two ample sized twin bedrooms plus a large family bathroom. There is a good sized living-dining room, and a separate, well equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc). Outside there are various terraces to relax in plus a large shaded porch area housing a purpose built summer kitchen and dining area. The barbecue area is adjacent to the pool terrace and garden. The finca is fully fenced and the lovely private pool is not overlooked. The countryside surrounding the villa is rich with orchards and avocado groves.
This beautiful villa is situated just a 5 minute walk from the Aldi supermarket and a further 7 minutes to a wide range of restaurants and bars, but is still in the peaceful countryside.
