Ideally located in the heart of the Bonifacio marina.
Located about 300m from the ferry terminal (which is on the west side of the apartment) connecting Corsica and Sardinia, and, about 300m from the boats carrying out sea trips (moored at the entrance to the port of yachting, east side of the apartment).
Very bright, quiet and comfortable with careful decoration. One of the two bedrooms, as well as the dining room and living room, have a view of the magnificent marina. The other bedroom and the kitchen are positioned on the courtyard side.
Close to all shops, sea trips and hikes.

Unterkunft

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit allen was es für einen Aufenthalt braucht, Mitten drin und doch sehr ruhig. Waren total begeistert. Einziger Nachteil, ab 9 Stunden Parking bezahlt man Euro 25.20 und dies finden wir zuviel und keine Möglichkeit hat bis zur Wohnung zufahren um das Gebäck auszuladen ( gute 10 min zum laufen).

Accueil super. Explications à tous niveaux excellents par les propriétaires . Location plein centre de Bonifacio. Il ne manque absolument rien dans la location .Linge changé toutes les semaines. Que dire de plus quand cela est parfait.....

Excellent séjour chez François

Appartement idéal pour un séjour à Bonifacio. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement unique et la vue sublime sur le port. La propreté est irréprochable. L'appartement est très bien équipé, particulièrement climatisé dans toutes les pièces François et son épouse, qui nous a accueillis, ont été extrêmement réactifs et chaleureux. Nous vous recommande vivement ce logement qui est merveilleusement bien placé, très propre, chaleureux comme à la maison. Merci encore pour cet accueil nous reviendrons avec le plus grand des plaisir. Famille PHAM.

Wonderful warm welcome from our hosts.Nothing was too much trouble for them!

Very clean and ideally situated apartment, with lovely views towards the marina and the citadel. Just a couple of minutes walk from numerous restaurants and shops on the harbour front and easy distance from the old city and walks along the cliff top where the views are stunningly spectacular. Our hosts made sure that we had all the information we needed at our fingertips. All in all a superb holiday on this beautiful island and we would highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

L'appartement est très confortable.,propre, la cuisine est entièrement équipé.et le double vitrage nous isole des bruits extérieurs.La décoration est en rapport avec Bonifacio . Large fully-equipped two bedroom apartment with harbor view

Note - this apartment is in the 4th floor with no elevator! And - there is no air conditioning, only floor fans. Lovely cheerful French couple who welcomed us and brought us two loaves of local bread; they do not speak English. He kindly lent us his parking spot; otherwise paid parking is available at the end of the harbor. Best possible location with harbor view, hiking over the cliffs, and next to the entrance for the citadel. Numerous restaurants.

Emplacement parfait pour des vacances à Bonifacio.

En plein centre ville avec vue sur le port de plaisance, appartement très bien équipé, les photos parlent d'elles mêmes. Les propriétaires sont charmant et accueillant. On a passé d'excellentes vacances en plein cœur de Bonifacio avec accès à tous les commerces et au centre ville. De nombreuses ballades sont possibles, les plages pas trop loin et les ballades en mer à portée de main. C'est l'une des plus belle région de Corse, encore un grand merci pour l'accueil chaleureux à Aurélie et François.

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Weiterempfehlen/Un appartement à recommander

Wir haben uns für einen Späturlaub auf Korsika entschieden und haben uns in diese schöne Ferienwohung gebucht. Bereits der Schriftverkehr während der Buchung und vor der Anreise war sehr angenehm. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Vermietern, Fançois und Aurélie, in Empfang genommen. François hat uns am Ortseingang abgefangen und uns Ratschläge gegeben, wo man am besten parkt und - was man nicht unterschätzen darf - vor allem am Günstigsten. Einen Service, den wir so von anderen Vermietern bisher nicht gewohnt waren. Aurélie erwartete uns in der Wohnung selbst und hat auch gleich die Wohungsführung übernommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und in einem außerordentlich guten Zustand. Jeder Mieter findet zwei Schlafräume, eine vollwertige Küche und ein Vollbad vor. Die Wohnung hat den großen Vorteil, dass sie mitten im Hafen liegt, sodass man sich schnell im Nachtleben in Form von zahlreichen kleinen Lokalen wiederfindet oder es schnell zu der alten Festungsstadt schafft. Wer eher den Strandurlaub bevorzugt, kommt ebenfalls auf seine Kosten. Innerhalb von 15-40 Minuten kommt man an zahlreiche Stein- und Sandstrände. François gibt am Tag der Anreise eine ausführliche Beschreibung über die Örtlichkeiten, wofür wir ihm sehr dankbar waren. Ohne Einschränkungen weiterzuempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Pascal und Anastasia Nous nous sommes décidés de passer des vacances en Corse et nous avons réservé ce magnifique appartement. Déjà la correspondance lors de la réservation et avant l'arrivée était très agréable. Le jour de l'arrivée, nous avons été acceuillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires, Fançois et Aurélie. François nous a reçu à l'arrivée et nous a donné des conseils où se garer le mieux et surtout le moins cher. Un service pas habituel par des propriétaires. Aurélie nous attendait dans l'appartement, qui nous l'a montré. L'appartement est très bien entretenu et dans un état exceptionnel. Chaque locataire trouvera deux chambres, une cuisine et une salle de bain. L'appartement a le grand avantage qu'il soit situé au milieu du port, afin que vous puissiez rapidement retrouver des restaurants et bars ou rapidement rejoindrela ville médiéval. Si vous préférez les vacances à la plage pas de problème, il y en a partout. Là aussi François donne un service supplémentaire exceptionnel avec une description détaillée le jour de l'arrivée. A recommander sans modération. Nous reviendrons. Pascal et Anastasia

Très agréable et pratique

François est un hôte très accueillant et un très bon guide touristique. L'appartement est propre, confortable, bien équipé et idéalement situé dans Bonifacio. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour printanier dans cette jolie ville de Corse du Sud.

Situation exceptionnelle sur le port de Bonifacio

Merveilleux séjour à Bonifacio

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Bonifacio. Cette ville est magnifique et pleine d'histoire. Très reposante et parfaite pour des vacances. Nous avons été accueillis par Monsieur et Madame DEL GUIDICE, les propriétaires de l'appartement. Un couple adorable, accueillant, très arrangeant qui ont bien su nous guider afin que l'on passe un très bon séjour et nous ont indiqué les belles plages à faire etc. L'appartement est génial, très très propre, très bien entretenu, spacieux avec deux belles chambres, la cuisine est très bien équipée et la vue sur le port de Bonifacio est superbe. Une location que nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! L'appartement est à l'identique des photos de l'annonce. Nous remercions encore une fois les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous y sommes venus, revenus et espérons y revenir

Situation parfaite pour profiter au mieux du charme, de la beauté de Bonifacio avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Un appartement très bien entretenu, spacieux et très bien équipé. Et le nec plus ultra, des propriétaires charmants, toujours prêts à vous arranger, à vous conseiller. Pour nous, une famille de 4 personnes, la location idéale. (Nous ne devrions peut-être pas le dire si fort !!)

Exceptionnelle !!!

Couple corse charmant et serviable. Accueil chaleureux, convivial et amical. L'appartement est très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur le port. Il est très propre, Madame Del Guidice y met un point d'honneur ! Il est bien disposé, agréable et offre toutes les commodités. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La description correspond à l'annonce. Il est rare de trouver une location aussi propre, bien entretenue et avec goût. Propriétaires très sympathiques connaissant parfaitement leur région et prendront plaisir à vous la faire découvrir. Très, très satisfait

Il faut en premier lieu se féliciter de l'accueil chaleureux et serviable des propriétaires avec l'impression d'arriver chez des amis. Tout est fait pour rendre agréable votre séjour. Par lui-même, le logement offre toutes les commodités et constitue une excellente base de visite, sans pour autant utiliser nécessairement un véhicule. Alors allez-y en toute confiance !
