Welcome to the "Perchoir"
Typical chalet of more than 220m2 being completed for 2019, located on the Alpe d'Huez area, It offers a breathtaking view of the Belledonne massif. Direct access to the ski school, ski-in ski-out, you will have all the comforts of a wonderful holiday, with family or friends.
The chalet has a large cathedral living room with a beautiful old wood frame. You will access the spa on the balcony, with a magical view of the sunsets.
Everything is done so that young and old spend a wonderful stay.

In winter, access to the slopes is directly at the exit of the chalet. The departure of the ski lessons is just below. The pioupious train under your eyes from the balcony;)

In summer, you are on the bike, starting from the classics and, on foot, you have access to the superb hikes offered by the Belledonne massif.
Staying in Villard is an end in itself. One can only fall in love with this typical mountain village. It is located on the large estate of Alpe d'Huez while remaining authentic and quiet.
5 minutes walk you will find the ski hire, a convenience store that has all the products you can expect in the mountains. You can, on reservation, dine fondues with ceps, raclette ....
The altitude restaurant, the Bergerie, also accessible to non skiers, (10 minutes) on the slopes offers a lunch at a beautiful terrace facing south.
Staying in Villard is an end in itself. You can only fall under the charm of this typical mountain village. Alpe d'Huez is one of the most popular ski resorts in the world.
At 5mn walk you will find the sport shop (ski / snowboard rental, clothes ...) and the local market that can be expected in the mountains. Also, you will have a reservation (fondues with ceps, raclettes ...). The Bergerie is another restaurant with a wonderful south facing terrace that can be reached by walk (10min) or by ski for lunch only.
